利用极光全天空摄象机1995年和1997年在南极中山站观测的极光数据,对中山站上空极光的出现情况进行了统计分析。在南极中山站,午后(磁地方时1400~1800MLT)和子夜前后(2200~0300MLT)出现极光的情... 利用极光全天空摄象机1995年和1997年在南极中山站观测的极光数据,对中山站上空极光的出现情况进行了统计分析。在南极中山站,午后(磁地方时1400~1800MLT)和子夜前后(2200~0300MLT)出现极光的情况比较多,在傍晚(1800~2200MLT)出现极光的情况要少一些;较强的极光主要也出现在午后和子夜附近。冕状极光主要出现在子夜附近和午后的极向侧和天顶,在傍晚出现很少;带状极光主要出现在午后和赤道侧的傍晚与子夜;极光浪涌主要出现在子夜前后;向日极光弧则主要出现在子夜前后,子夜前比子夜后多,极向和天顶比赤道侧多。除向日极光弧外,其它形态的极光在中山站的出现情况与Kp指数相关。中山站进入极光带的时间通常在午后。 展开更多

On the other hand, the exten... Recently, solutions to inverse problems have been required in various engineering fields. The neural network inversion method has been studied as one of the neural network-based solutions. On the other hand, the extension of the neural network to a higher-dimensional domain, e.g., complex-value or quaternion, has been proposed, and a number of higher-dimensional neural network models have been proposed. Using the quatemion, we have the advantage of expressing 3D (three-dimensional) object attitudes easily. In the quaternion domain, we can define inverse problems where the cause and the result are expressed by the quaternion. In this paper, we extend the neural network inversion method to the quatemion domain. Further, we provide the results of the computer experiments to demonstrate the process and effectiveness of our method. 展开更多

According to a report by the Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science,and Technology-Japan(MEXT),the number of students who did not attend school in Japan in the fiscal year 2018 was 164,528,and the percentage of students who did not attend school was 1.7%.This is the highest number of students ever.MEXT has been providing various measures to support students’return to school,such as setting up adaptation classes and reviewing the school structure,intending to reduce the number of students who do not attend school.However,it is not always easy to help students return to school,since the problems they face may not be simply academic or psychological in nature.Besides,many students have returned to school,but who have not returned to school in the past.In this paper,we introduce a special needs classroom for truant students.Next,the results of a survey of teachers and assistants in this classroom are discussed.Finally,we will report on our current efforts. 展开更多

The concept of network inversion has been studied as a neural-network-based solution to inverse problems. In general, inverse problems are not limited to a real-valued area. Recently, complex-valued neural networks have been actively studied in the field of neural networks. As an extension of network inversion to complex numbers, a complex-valued network inversion has been proposed. Moreover, inverse problems for estimating the parameters of distributed generation systems such as distributed energy plants or smart grids from observed electric circuit data have been studied in the field of natural energy. These emphasize the need to handle complex numbers in an alternating current (AC) circuit. In this paper, the authors propose an application of the complex-valued network inversion to the inverse estimation of a distributed generation. Further, the authors confirm the effectiveness of the complex-valued network inversion on the basis of simulation results. 展开更多

It is well acknowledged to all that an active equalization strategy can overcome the inconsistency of lithium-ion cell's voltage and state of charge(SOC)in series-connected lithium-ion battery(LIB)pack in the electric vehicle application.In this regard,a novel dual threshold trigger mechanism based active equalization strategy(DTTMbased AES)is proposed to overcome the inherent inconsistency of cells and to improve the equalization efficiency for a series-connected LIB pack.First,a modified dual-layer inductor equalization circuit is constructed to make it possible for the energy transfer path optimization.Next,based on the designed dual threshold trigger mechanism provoked by battery voltage and SOC,an active equalization strategy is proposed,each single cell's SOC in the battery packs is estimated using the extended Kalman particle filter algorithm.Besides,on the basis of the modified equalization circuit,the improved particle swarm optimization is adopted to optimize the energy transfer path with aiming to reduce the equalization time.Lastly,the simulation and experimental results are provided to validate the proposed DTTM-based AES. 展开更多
