The impact of the epidemic on China's economy is huge.By analyzing the impact of the epidemic on the informal economy and consulting the measures taken by local governments in Sichuan to restore the stall economy in the post epidemic period,this paper classifies and refines the measures made by urban governments of different sizes of cities,puts forward relevant laws,and puts forward opinions and forecasts on the future trend of the stall economy and stall economy in the post epidemic period.Due to the impact of the epidemic,people's awareness of self-protection has increased,local governments have also strengthened prevention and control,and the business of vendors has been seriously affected.The Sichuan case shows that the government's encouragement is an important guarantee for the rapid recovery of the stall economy.At the same time,reasonable control is a necessary means to prevent the recurrence of the epidemic.For the future trend of the stall,it is a trend to set up permittedvending-places(shudaoqu).Selecting an address according to the nature of the commodity is the guarantee of sales.

The Construction of Digital Media Art Teaching Model in the New Media Era

In new media era,the network coverage is wider,application of mobile terminals is more convenient,speed of information dissemination is fully accelerated,scope of dissemination is wider and people's access to information is more diversified.Therefore,the current media has become an indispensable part of human’s lives such as changing the way human live,work,learn and communicate daily.In this context,it is compulsory to improve the traditional teaching methods in order to keep in pace with the fast development and promote art education through the combination of technology and art.This paper analyses the current situation of digital media art teaching and the construction path of teaching model in the new media era.

Corpus-based Contrastive Interlanguage Analysis of Collocation in English Essays Written by Asian EFL learners

In order to explore collocational usage competence across two different contexts,NS and NNS,in the current study,I investigated usage and frequency of collocation of Taiwan Residents learners of English(TWN),Indonesian learners of English(IND) and English native speakers(NS),and found collocations statistically overused or underused by learner groups,which had not been studied before.Collocation is defined here as the word clusters composed of three and four words which occur 2 times and above,seen in English essays in the ICNALE corpus.All the collocations in the three corpora have been classified into 17 patterns based on the lexical and grammatical collocation categorization of Benson et al(1997).The results suggest that NNS have mastered different types of collocations to write essays,but use them differently from NS,as 27%in TWN and 38%in IND of the 150 most frequently used collocations are significantly overused or underused(p<0.0001).These findings obtained from a quantitative data analysis suggest that teachers in Taiwan and Indonesia should not only try to arouse students ' awareness of collocations but also do a pre-writing exercise of listing collocations related to a certain topic.These implications may also be useful for other Asian EFL countries.

Brain mechanisms of mental processing:from evoked and spontaneous brain activities to enactive brain activity

Within the context of the computer metaphor,evoked brain activity acts as a primary carrier for the brain mechanisms of mental processing.However,many studies have found that evoked brain activity is not the major part of brain activity.Instead,spontaneous brain activity exhibits greater intensity and coevolves with evoked brain activity through continuous interaction.Spontaneous and evoked brain activities are similar but not identical.They are not separate parts,but always dynamically interact with each other.Therefore,the enactive cognition theory further states that the brain is characterized by unified and active patterns of activity.The brain adjusts its activity pattern by minimizing the error between expectation and stimulation,adapting to the ever-changing environment.Therefore,the dynamic regulation of brain activity in response to task situations is the core brain mechanism of mental processing.Beyond the evoked brain activity and spontaneous brain activity,the enactive brain activity provides a novel framework to completely describe brain activities during mental processing.It is necessary for upcoming researchers to introduce innovative indicators and paradigms for investigating enactive brain activity during mental processing.
