With the continuous expansion of medical student enrollment,the number of clinical teaching bases is gradually increasing.However,there are significant differences in clinical teaching management models and teaching l...With the continuous expansion of medical student enrollment,the number of clinical teaching bases is gradually increasing.However,there are significant differences in clinical teaching management models and teaching levels among different bases.Most clinical teaching bases have incomplete teaching management systems,inadequate teaching management institutions,insufficient teaching personnel,and inadequate implementation of teaching rules and regulations.This article combines the construction practice of three-level clinical teaching base of the General Medicine College and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University.We establish a standardized management system for the three-level clinical teaching base;implement a teaching supervision system and strengthen the monitoring of teaching quality;adopt multiple evaluations to test the effectiveness of clinical teaching implementation;explore the path of homogenization construction of teaching bases in terms of unified teacher training,promoting the development of teacher teaching abilities with equal quality and excellence,and providing a reference for improving the quality of medical talent training.展开更多
The“New Medical Education”is a new requirement for the development of medical education in the new era.As a key and core element of the construction of the“New Medical Education,”the engagement in teaching work of...The“New Medical Education”is a new requirement for the development of medical education in the new era.As a key and core element of the construction of the“New Medical Education,”the engagement in teaching work of university teachers is a key issue that determines the level of teaching development of university teachers and affects the quality of talent cultivation in universities.Using the literature review method,this study analyzed 39 relevant literatures retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 1997 to 2023.The concept,connotation,current situation,influencing factors,and improvement strategies of teaching engagement by university teachers were reviewed and summarized.The results showed that the issue of teaching engagement by university teachers has not received high attention in the field of higher education,especially in higher medical education,which has not yet been reported.Although the overall number of literature is not large,some of the conclusions have important implications for the next research on the influencing factors and mechanisms of double-qualified teacher engagement in higher medical colleges.展开更多
Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clin...Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clinical education and teaching level,and ensure the quality of medical education talent cultivation.Methods:A modern clinical practice teaching quality monitoring system is constructed based on organizational structure construction,teaching staff system construction,quality control system construction,and information platform construction,combined with external audit and evaluation.Results:The hospital has established a Faculty Development and Teaching Evaluation Office specifically responsible for the cultivation of clinical teachers and the evaluation and supervision of teaching quality.A relatively complete teacher construction and teaching quality monitoring system has also been established for clinical practice teaching,thus achieving integration with the school’s quality control system in terms of management mechanism.At the same time,a set of teaching quality control mode based on the“Internet+”platform has been created by means of informatization.At present,this mode has won three national computer software copyrights and two second prizes for school-level teaching achievements.Conclusion:Through five years of practice,an“Internet+”teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system with the characteristics of teaching hospitals affiliated to local medical colleges has been established.In order to further standardize the training system of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals,achieve self-monitoring and self-improvement in terms of teaching quality,and ensure the continuous improvement of clinical teaching quality,we will continue to promote the development of clinical teachers with quality and excellence,enrich the main team of quality monitoring,guide the transformation of the education mode from being“centered on teachers”to being“centered on students,”and realize the integration of internal and external quality monitoring systems.展开更多

In this study, NIT-1 cells were treated with different concentrations of and/or ATO, following by the cell viability was detected by CCK8 assay. Then, intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, lipid peroxide (MDA) contents and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were measured with a fluorescence probe method and colorimetric assay, respectively. The apoptosis rate and morphology was detected and observed with hoechst 33,258 staining assay. The mRNA levels and protein expressions of nuclear factor E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) were measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction and protein immunoblotting assay, respectively. Our results indicated that Co-treatment with ME and ATO exacerbated the cell viability decreasing reduced by ATO, while the addition of ME after ATO treatment effectively promote the recovery of ATO reduced survival rates. The ATO group increased apoptosis (P P β-cells by modulating the activation of the Nrf2 signaling pathway.展开更多

Plastic film mulch in agricultural production becomes essential to maintaining crop yields in arid and semiarid areas.However,the presence of residual film in farmland soil has also drawn much attention.In this study,...Plastic film mulch in agricultural production becomes essential to maintaining crop yields in arid and semiarid areas.However,the presence of residual film in farmland soil has also drawn much attention.In this study,three experiments were conducted.The first two experimental designs included 0,450,1350,and 2700 kg ha^(-1) of residual film pieces of approximately 5 cm side length added to field soil(0-20 cm soil depth)for seven years and added to pots for four years.In the third experiment,1350 kg ha^(-1)of the residual film with different side lengths(2-5,5-10,10-15,and 15-20 cm)was added to field soil for six years to explore the effect of residual film fragment size on soil nutrients,soil microorganisms,crop growth and yields.The residual film had little effect on the soil moisture at a field depth of 0-2(or 0-1.8)m.There were no significant effects on organic carbon,total nitrogen,inorganic nitrogen,total phosphorus or available phosphorus in the 0-20 cm soil layer.The presence of residual film decreased the richness and diversity of the bacterial community of the surface soil of the residual film,but it had no significant effect on the microbial community of the non-surface soil.The emergence rates of wheat and lentils occasionally decreased significantly with different amounts of residue fragments added to the field.At 450-2700 kg ha^(-1),the residual film reduced the plant height and stem diameter of maize and significantly reduced the shoot biomass of harvested maize by 11-19%.The average yields of maize and potato over the seven years decreased,but there were almost no significant statistical differences among the treatments.These results provide important data for a comprehensive scientific understanding of the effects of residual film on soil and crops in dryland farming systems.展开更多

COVID-19 has changed the way of learning and life of college students.The purpose is to explore the relationship between perceived stress and anxiety,and the mediating effect of resilience and regulatory emotional sel...COVID-19 has changed the way of learning and life of college students.The purpose is to explore the relationship between perceived stress and anxiety,and the mediating effect of resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy in college students during COVID-19.309 students from three colleges were selected as research participants(average age 19.79±1.11 years).SPSS was used to measure the correlation between variables.Amos was used to test the path coefficient and mediating effect of the hypothetical model.The results show that:Firstly,perceived stress has a significantly and positively predictive effect on anxiety.Secondly,psychological resilience and regu-latory emotional self-efficacy independently played a significant and partially mediating effect between perceived stress and anxiety.Among them,perceived stress had a negative predictive effect on psychological resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy.Psychological resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy had a negative predictive effect on anxiety.Thirdly,psychological resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy play a chain mediation role between psychological stress and anxiety.Regulatory emotional self-efficacy cannot only directly predict the level of anxiety,but also indirectly predict the level of anxiety by regulating psychological resilience.This study reveals the relationship between college students’perceived stress and anxiety,and the mediating effect of psychological resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy in the new time of COVID-19.The chain mediation role of psychological resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy reminds college mental health educators that improving students’regulatory emotional self-efficacy is an important way to promote students’mental health.展开更多

BACKGROUND It is evident that current clinical criteria are suboptimal to accurately estimate patient prognosis.Studies have identified epigenetic aberrant changes as novel prognostic factors for colorectal cancer(CRC...BACKGROUND It is evident that current clinical criteria are suboptimal to accurately estimate patient prognosis.Studies have identified epigenetic aberrant changes as novel prognostic factors for colorectal cancer(CRC).AIM To estimate whether a methylation gene panel in different clinical stages can reflect a different prognosis.METHODS We enrolled 120 CRC patients from Tri-Service General Hospital in Taiwan and used the candidate gene approach to select six genes involved in carcinogenesis pathways.Patients were divided into two groups based on the methylation status of the six evaluated genes,namely,the<3 aberrancy group and≥3 aberrancy group.Various tumor stages were divided into two subgroups(local and advanced stages)on the basis of the pathological type of the following tissues:Tumor and adjacent normal tissues(matched normal).We assessed DNA methylation in tumors and adjacent normal tissues from CRC patients and analyzed the association between DNA methylation with different cancer stages and the prognostic outcome including time to progression(TTP)and overall survival.RESULTS We observed a significantly increasing trend of hazard ratio as the number of hypermethylated genes increased both in normal tissue and tumor tissue.The 5-year TTP survival curves showed a significant difference between the≥3 aberrancy group and the<3 aberrancy group.Compared with the<3 aberrancy group,a significantly shorter TTP was observed in the≥3 aberrancy group.We further analyzed the interaction between CRC prognosis and different cancer stages(local and advanced)according to the methylation status of the selected genes in both types of tissues.There was a significantly shorter 5-year TTP for tumors at advanced stages with the promoter methylation status of selected genes than for those with local stages.We found an interaction between cancer stages and the promoter methylation status of selected genes in both types of tissues.CONCLUSION Our data provide a significant association between the methylation markers in normal tissues with advanced stage and prognosis of CRC.We recommend using these novel markers to assist in clinical decision-making.展开更多

An expression of effective anisotropy suitable for different degrees of exchange-coupling between grains is presented. The calculation results show that the exchange-coupling interaction increases the average anisotropy of soft grains and decreases that of hard grains. The effective anisotropy of Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe nanocomposite decreases smoothly with decreasing grain size when the grain size is larger than 20 nm while it decreases dramaticaily with further decrease of the grain size. In order to maintain high coercivity in Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe nanoeomposite, the grain size should not be less than 20nm.展开更多

Liver cirrhosis is an important cause of chronic liver cancer.At present,a breakthrough has been achieved in the development of chronic hepatitis C treatment,but there is no effective measure to completely cure chroni...Liver cirrhosis is an important cause of chronic liver cancer.At present,a breakthrough has been achieved in the development of chronic hepatitis C treatment,but there is no effective measure to completely cure chronic hepatitis B.Porphyrins are a class of macromolecular heterocyclic compounds formed by interconnecting the a-carbon atoms of four pyrrole-like substituents through hypomethyl bonds.Porphyrins and their derivatives widely exist in organelles related to energy transfer in organisms.They are mainly involved in the synthesis of heme in human body.Heme is an iron-containing porphyrin compound,15-20% of which is synthesized and utilized in the liver.Studies have found that porphyrin metabolism disorder can occur in patients with chronic liver disease.The early stage of viral hepatitis is accompanied by increased production of porphyrins and their compounds,increased levels of peripheral circulating porphyrins,porphyrin cholestasis,and biochemical changes of free porphyrins which precede the histological changes.The accumulation of serum and liver protoporphyrins and the oxidative stress can cause liver and extrahepatic damage.On the one hand,porphyrin metabolism disorder can aggravate chronic liver disease,and even progress to liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.On the other hand,chronic liver disease can also aggravate porphyrin metabolism disorder,recurrent attacks,and damage to liver and extrahepatic tissues and organs.展开更多

文摘Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clinical education and teaching level,and ensure the quality of medical education talent cultivation.Methods:A modern clinical practice teaching quality monitoring system is constructed based on organizational structure construction,teaching staff system construction,quality control system construction,and information platform construction,combined with external audit and evaluation.Results:The hospital has established a Faculty Development and Teaching Evaluation Office specifically responsible for the cultivation of clinical teachers and the evaluation and supervision of teaching quality.A relatively complete teacher construction and teaching quality monitoring system has also been established for clinical practice teaching,thus achieving integration with the school’s quality control system in terms of management mechanism.At the same time,a set of teaching quality control mode based on the“Internet+”platform has been created by means of informatization.At present,this mode has won three national computer software copyrights and two second prizes for school-level teaching achievements.Conclusion:Through five years of practice,an“Internet+”teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system with the characteristics of teaching hospitals affiliated to local medical colleges has been established.In order to further standardize the training system of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals,achieve self-monitoring and self-improvement in terms of teaching quality,and ensure the continuous improvement of clinical teaching quality,we will continue to promote the development of clinical teachers with quality and excellence,enrich the main team of quality monitoring,guide the transformation of the education mode from being“centered on teachers”to being“centered on students,”and realize the integration of internal and external quality monitoring systems.
文摘Roles of Marigold extracts (ME) on arsenic trioxide (ATO)-induced oxidative damage to pancreatic β-cells need to be further elucidated. In this study, NIT-1 cells were treated with different concentrations of and/or ATO, following by the cell viability was detected by CCK8 assay. Then, intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, lipid peroxide (MDA) contents and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were measured with a fluorescence probe method and colorimetric assay, respectively. The apoptosis rate and morphology was detected and observed with hoechst 33,258 staining assay. The mRNA levels and protein expressions of nuclear factor E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) were measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction and protein immunoblotting assay, respectively. Our results indicated that Co-treatment with ME and ATO exacerbated the cell viability decreasing reduced by ATO, while the addition of ME after ATO treatment effectively promote the recovery of ATO reduced survival rates. The ATO group increased apoptosis (P P β-cells by modulating the activation of the Nrf2 signaling pathway.

文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma is prone to invasion and metastasis.It often receives a low diagnosis rate in the early stage but has an extremely high mortality rate.Epithelial-mesenchymal transformation(EMT)is a key factor in promoting tumor cell invasion and metastasis.Circular RNA(circRNA)is involved in regulating EMT in hepatocarcinoma cells through multiple pathways,thereby affecting the occurrence and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.This article mainly reviews the research progress of circRNA related to EMT core transcription factors,circRNA that promotes EMT in liver cancer,and circRNA that inhibits EMT in liver cancer.

文摘Taking role conflict as the starting point,this article examines and reflects on the development of clinical teachers.In the process of the occurrence,development,and resolution of role conflicts among clinical teachers,there are many hidden issues related to the development of clinical teachers.The development of clinical teacher teaching and role conflict management contain similar educational philosophies and practical issues.This study draws on classic theories and research achievements in the development of university teachers and conducts theoretical analysis and practical reflection on the development of clinical teachers in medical colleges from the perspective of role conflict in social psychology.Policy recommendations are proposed,including strengthening the construction of teaching systems at the hospital organizational environment level,enhancing the role identity and teacher beliefs of clinical teachers,promoting their teaching development and academic learning,and ensuring their normal teaching investment;promoting leadership support at the level of interpersonal interaction and leveraging the role of colleague support in alleviating role conflicts;enhancing individual teacher beliefs,teacher role learning,and role skills.

文摘Plastic film mulch in agricultural production becomes essential to maintaining crop yields in arid and semiarid areas.However,the presence of residual film in farmland soil has also drawn much attention.In this study,three experiments were conducted.The first two experimental designs included 0,450,1350,and 2700 kg ha^(-1) of residual film pieces of approximately 5 cm side length added to field soil(0-20 cm soil depth)for seven years and added to pots for four years.In the third experiment,1350 kg ha^(-1)of the residual film with different side lengths(2-5,5-10,10-15,and 15-20 cm)was added to field soil for six years to explore the effect of residual film fragment size on soil nutrients,soil microorganisms,crop growth and yields.The residual film had little effect on the soil moisture at a field depth of 0-2(or 0-1.8)m.There were no significant effects on organic carbon,total nitrogen,inorganic nitrogen,total phosphorus or available phosphorus in the 0-20 cm soil layer.The presence of residual film decreased the richness and diversity of the bacterial community of the surface soil of the residual film,but it had no significant effect on the microbial community of the non-surface soil.The emergence rates of wheat and lentils occasionally decreased significantly with different amounts of residue fragments added to the field.At 450-2700 kg ha^(-1),the residual film reduced the plant height and stem diameter of maize and significantly reduced the shoot biomass of harvested maize by 11-19%.The average yields of maize and potato over the seven years decreased,but there were almost no significant statistical differences among the treatments.These results provide important data for a comprehensive scientific understanding of the effects of residual film on soil and crops in dryland farming systems.

文摘Diabetic nephropathy(DN)accounts for approximately 20-40%of diabetic patients.It is one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes and an important cause of end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Renal biopsy histopathology is an important means for early clinical diagnosis of DN,but because it is an invasive examination,it is not easily accepted by patients due to risks such as bleeding,infection,and thrombosis.Therefore,finding new biomarkers for diagnosing DN is of great significance for early treatment and improving patient prognosis.MicroRNA(miRNA)is a type of highly conserved endogenous non-coding RNA.More and more studies have shown that miRNA is involved in the pathological process of DN and renal fibrosis.This article summarizes the relevant research on miRNA in DN.
文摘As China’s economy has experienced rapid growth,the economic landscape for higher education institutions’financial systems has become increasingly intricate.Consequently,there has been a heightened demand for enhanced financial management in these institutions.Notably,in 2012,the country’s Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Education introduced a new financial system for higher education institutions,and in 2022,the Ministry of Finance publicly revised this system to further standardize financial practices within higher education institutions,align with financial management requirements,and foster the development of these institutions.This paper offers an extensive examination of the updated financial system for higher education institutions compared to the previous version,delving into aspects such as the financial management framework,professionalization criteria for financial directors,enhancements in managing the proceeds from technology and research achievements,and the incorporation of management accounting reports.Additionally,it provides a comprehensive analysis of the challenges faced by financial management in higher education institutions and outlines strategies for addressing these issues.

文摘COVID-19 has changed the way of learning and life of college students.The purpose is to explore the relationship between perceived stress and anxiety,and the mediating effect of resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy in college students during COVID-19.309 students from three colleges were selected as research participants(average age 19.79±1.11 years).SPSS was used to measure the correlation between variables.Amos was used to test the path coefficient and mediating effect of the hypothetical model.The results show that:Firstly,perceived stress has a significantly and positively predictive effect on anxiety.Secondly,psychological resilience and regu-latory emotional self-efficacy independently played a significant and partially mediating effect between perceived stress and anxiety.Among them,perceived stress had a negative predictive effect on psychological resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy.Psychological resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy had a negative predictive effect on anxiety.Thirdly,psychological resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy play a chain mediation role between psychological stress and anxiety.Regulatory emotional self-efficacy cannot only directly predict the level of anxiety,but also indirectly predict the level of anxiety by regulating psychological resilience.This study reveals the relationship between college students’perceived stress and anxiety,and the mediating effect of psychological resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy in the new time of COVID-19.The chain mediation role of psychological resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy reminds college mental health educators that improving students’regulatory emotional self-efficacy is an important way to promote students’mental health.

文摘New open manufacturing environments have been proposed aiming at realizing more flexible distributed manufacturing paradigms,which can deal with not only dynamic changes in volume and variety of products,but also changes of machining equipments,dispersals of processing locations,and also with unscheduled disruptions.This research is to develop an integrated process planning and scheduling system,which is suited to this open,dynamic,distributed manufacturing environment.Multi-agent system(MAS)approaches are used for integration of manufacturing processing planning and scheduling in an open distributed manufacturing environment,in which process planning can be adjusted dynamically and manufacturing resources can increase/decrease according to the requirements.One kind of multi-level dynamic negotiated approaches to process planning and scheduling is presented for the integration of manufacturing process planning and scheduling.
文摘To achieve the production information management of the coning,drawing and twisting's workshop,and promote a good and fast development of the textile enterprise,firstly,we analyze the information technology development status of the textile enterprise at home and abroad,study the weaknesses of the existing computer monitoring system,introduce the system design project,and propose a system network model based on client/server(C/S)mode.Secondly,a multi-agent production monitoring and control system is developed,and the communication of the single-port-multi-protocol and a multi-thread data collection technology are studied via the multi-thread and standard template library(STL)technologies.Thirdly,the system management functions,the structure design of the database,and the technical difficulties in the process of software design are also introduced.As proved in practice,the system satisfies the production management requirements of the workshop,and implements the network management of the production information.

文摘BACKGROUND It is evident that current clinical criteria are suboptimal to accurately estimate patient prognosis.Studies have identified epigenetic aberrant changes as novel prognostic factors for colorectal cancer(CRC).AIM To estimate whether a methylation gene panel in different clinical stages can reflect a different prognosis.METHODS We enrolled 120 CRC patients from Tri-Service General Hospital in Taiwan and used the candidate gene approach to select six genes involved in carcinogenesis pathways.Patients were divided into two groups based on the methylation status of the six evaluated genes,namely,the<3 aberrancy group and≥3 aberrancy group.Various tumor stages were divided into two subgroups(local and advanced stages)on the basis of the pathological type of the following tissues:Tumor and adjacent normal tissues(matched normal).We assessed DNA methylation in tumors and adjacent normal tissues from CRC patients and analyzed the association between DNA methylation with different cancer stages and the prognostic outcome including time to progression(TTP)and overall survival.RESULTS We observed a significantly increasing trend of hazard ratio as the number of hypermethylated genes increased both in normal tissue and tumor tissue.The 5-year TTP survival curves showed a significant difference between the≥3 aberrancy group and the<3 aberrancy group.Compared with the<3 aberrancy group,a significantly shorter TTP was observed in the≥3 aberrancy group.We further analyzed the interaction between CRC prognosis and different cancer stages(local and advanced)according to the methylation status of the selected genes in both types of tissues.There was a significantly shorter 5-year TTP for tumors at advanced stages with the promoter methylation status of selected genes than for those with local stages.We found an interaction between cancer stages and the promoter methylation status of selected genes in both types of tissues.CONCLUSION Our data provide a significant association between the methylation markers in normal tissues with advanced stage and prognosis of CRC.We recommend using these novel markers to assist in clinical decision-making.

文摘Considering different contact situations of grains, we effective anisotropies of magnetically soft α-Fe grains, investigate the effects of exchange-coupling interaction on hard Nd2Fe14B grains and NdaFe14B/α-Fe nanocomposite. An expression of effective anisotropy suitable for different degrees of exchange-coupling between grains is presented. The calculation results show that the exchange-coupling interaction increases the average anisotropy of soft grains and decreases that of hard grains. The effective anisotropy of Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe nanocomposite decreases smoothly with decreasing grain size when the grain size is larger than 20 nm while it decreases dramaticaily with further decrease of the grain size. In order to maintain high coercivity in Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe nanoeomposite, the grain size should not be less than 20nm.

文摘At present,China’s economic growth model has gradually shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development.Under the era of digital economy,a steady and sustainable economic development has become the main goal of the country’s development.The practice of modern economic development has shown that human resource is not only the premise of regional economic development,but also one of the important sources of regional economic growth.The coordinated development of human resource and economy is not only an inevitable requirement for high-quality development,but also the first task to assume to solve the imbalance in regional economic development.Based on the interaction mechanism of human resource development and management and regional economic development,this paper selects data from the 2021 China Statistical Yearbook,takes the 2011-2020 national population census data as samples,analyzes the current status and existing problems of human resource development and management in China’s regional economic development from three dimensions(human resource quantity,quality,and structure),as well as explores the path of human resource development and management in regional economic development,such as increasing investment and improving the quality of human resource,allocating human resource in a reasonable manner and improving the human resource structure,allocating talents in different regions in a balanced manner,coordinating the shortage and saturation of talents,etc.,so as to promote a balanced development between regional economic development and human resource development and management.

文摘Humanistic education,as the“internal structure”of medical education,attempts to cultivate medical students’humanistic knowledge,ability,and comprehensive quality as well as makes adjustments with the evolvement of medical education.The global medical education reform has undergone three stages:expert medicine,clinical practice medicine,and public service medicine.Public service medicine,which took place in the 21st century,is a system-based and competency-oriented education,highlighting the construction of a health service system with medical and educational cooperation as well as the cultivation of medical students’comprehensive quality.China’s medical education started late and has a weak foundation with many twists and turns.Through the rapid development of reform and opening-up,China has narrowed the gap with international medical education and established a perfect medical curriculum system.China has successively promulgated a number of documents,such as the“Outline of Reform and Development of Medical Education in China”and the“Opinions on Strengthening the Collaboration between Health Departments and Education Departments to Implement the Doctor of Excellence Education Training Program 2.0,”with the goal of cultivating high-quality excellent medical talents.Medical students in colleges and universities are senior talents in medical training,health care services,and medical research.Their humanistic quality is not only related to the growth of medical talents,but also the quality of medical services.This paper analyzes and discusses the problems encountered in improving humanistic education and looks forward to providing reasonable as well as effective solutions to the difficulties faced by humanistic education in the new era through comparative research.

文摘Liver cirrhosis is an important cause of chronic liver cancer.At present,a breakthrough has been achieved in the development of chronic hepatitis C treatment,but there is no effective measure to completely cure chronic hepatitis B.Porphyrins are a class of macromolecular heterocyclic compounds formed by interconnecting the a-carbon atoms of four pyrrole-like substituents through hypomethyl bonds.Porphyrins and their derivatives widely exist in organelles related to energy transfer in organisms.They are mainly involved in the synthesis of heme in human body.Heme is an iron-containing porphyrin compound,15-20% of which is synthesized and utilized in the liver.Studies have found that porphyrin metabolism disorder can occur in patients with chronic liver disease.The early stage of viral hepatitis is accompanied by increased production of porphyrins and their compounds,increased levels of peripheral circulating porphyrins,porphyrin cholestasis,and biochemical changes of free porphyrins which precede the histological changes.The accumulation of serum and liver protoporphyrins and the oxidative stress can cause liver and extrahepatic damage.On the one hand,porphyrin metabolism disorder can aggravate chronic liver disease,and even progress to liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.On the other hand,chronic liver disease can also aggravate porphyrin metabolism disorder,recurrent attacks,and damage to liver and extrahepatic tissues and organs.
