“Better Call Saul”is an excellent American television series.As a spin-off of“Breaking Bad”,it continues its excellent character design and intriguing plot development,giving audiences around the world a treat to ...“Better Call Saul”is an excellent American television series.As a spin-off of“Breaking Bad”,it continues its excellent character design and intriguing plot development,giving audiences around the world a treat to talk about.However,while“Breaking Bad”has a huge audience and the film and television industry has done a lot of research on it,“Better Call Saul”has not been studied in domestic academic circles.This paper takes several main characters of the play as the research object,analyzes how their characters are designed,and how they complement each other with the dramatic conflict of the plot,so as to explore a new angle of character design.Through the study of the characters in this American drama,this paper can provide a reference for the Chinese film and television industry.The results show that Chinese TV dramas can learn from this American drama to improve the depth of character design and avoid designing stereotyped and labeled characters.This may ultimately improve their artistic literacy and bring more excellent works to Chinese audiences.展开更多

But to achieve the effect of the echo sound with breath intensity of use whether appropriate, laryngeal muscles, the soft palate, tongue muscle coordination. To spit the consonants spray, clearly, depends on stable condition in the throat, your breath muscles in gas and completed, must combine consonants and vowels in training to achieve the purpose of practice, to achieve the effect of the "clear pronunciation and mellow voice" . With the emergence of cloud technologies,the services of healthcare systems have grown.Simultaneously,machine learning systems have become important tools for developing matured and decision-making computer applicatio...With the emergence of cloud technologies,the services of healthcare systems have grown.Simultaneously,machine learning systems have become important tools for developing matured and decision-making computer applications.Both cloud computing and machine learning technologies have contributed significantly to the success of healthcare services.However,in some areas,these technologies are needed to provide and decide the next course of action for patients suffering from diabetic kidney disease(DKD)while ensuring privacy preservation of the medical data.To address the cloud data privacy problem,we proposed a DKD prediction module in a framework using cloud computing services and a data control scheme.This framework can provide improved and early treatment before end-stage renal failure.For prediction purposes,we implemented the following machine learning algorithms:support vector machine(SVM),random forest(RF),decision tree(DT),naïve Bayes(NB),deep learning(DL),and k nearest neighbor(KNN).These classification techniques combined with the cloud computing services significantly improved the decision making in the progress of DKD patients.We applied these classifiers to the UCI Machine Learning Repository for chronic kidney disease using various clinical features,which are categorized as single,combination of selected features,and all features.During single clinical feature experiments,machine learning classifiers SVM,RF,and KNN outperformed the remaining classification techniques,whereas in combined clinical feature experiments,the maximum accuracy was achieved for the combination of DL and RF.All the feature experiments presented increased accuracy and increased F-measure metrics from SVM,DL,and RF.展开更多

This paper aims to examine the role of the subway network,a typical form of transportation within urban areas,on innovation and knowledge diffusion.Applying the differece-in-diferences strategy and spatial analysis,we...This paper aims to examine the role of the subway network,a typical form of transportation within urban areas,on innovation and knowledge diffusion.Applying the differece-in-diferences strategy and spatial analysis,we used 1,332 newly opened stations in China from 2000 to 2013 as a quasi-experiment to identify the local effects of subway expansions.Results suggested that by reducing communication costs and increasing opportunities for interaction,subway construction would bring growth at the district level.Knowledge dissemination would become more active after new stations open.Micro-level results showed that these positive impacts were highly localized;that is,only those firms located within lkm around stations benefited from the new subway.Moreover,new subways facilitated the flow of knowledge from station to station and assisted.firms in acquiring knowledge from more distant technology clusters conveniently.展开更多
