The results...The experimental regularity and the mechanism affecting the specific saturation magnetization (4πσ) of WC-Co cemented carbides were studied by varying alloy composition (W and C) and quenching treatment. The results show that there is no strict linear relation between 4πσ and Co content, and the 4πσ was affected by alloy composition and binder structure. Consequently, there is no one to one correspondence of 4πσ vs carbon content and, therefore, examining carbon content by 4πσ is conditional.展开更多
