The effects of ultrafine WC(WC_(UF),0.5μm) or W(1μm) and C(0.3μm)(W+C)_(UF) additives on the densification,microstructure and mechanical properties of coarse-grained cemented carbides were compared systematically.Overall,the cemented carbides with WC_(UF)/(W+C)_(UF) additives are almost fully densification to be higher than 99%,and the average grain size is kept above 2.8μm.The WC_(UF) additive assists grains to(truncated)trigonal prism shape by two dimensional(2D) growth,whereas the(W+C)_(UF) additive assists grains to rounded shape by three dimensional(3D) growth,lowers WC contiguity and increases face-centered-cubic Co.The hardness and bending strength of(75WC_(C)-15WC_(UF))-10Co are 86.6 HRA and 2 272 MPa,respectively,both higher than those of(75WC_(C)-15(W+C)_(UF))-10Co,which could be ascribed to the enhanced densification and unblemished grains.However,the fracture toughness of the(75WC_(C)-15(W+C)_(UF))-10Co is 23.5 MPa·m^(1/2),higher than that of the(75WC_(C)-15WC_(UF))-10Co due to the uniform WC-Co structure and flexible binder phase. 展开更多

The present work is a deep analysis on morphological and chemical properties of bio-silica issued from fossil origin (diatomaceous earth) and living one (algal paste). An optimization in purification protocol was performed to obtain multiparous bio-silica from its raw media with keeping its original shape entirely. Multiple characterization methods as scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), infrared spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction (DRX), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), nitrogen adsorption and inverse gas chromatography (IGC), were used to check the purification protocol efficiency as well as to gather accurate information on morphology and chemical composition of diatom material obtained in large amount. 展开更多

采用浸麻芽孢杆菌和红曲菌9906利用甘油混合发酵生产乙醇.结果表明,分批发酵中高浓度的甘油对乙醇发酵有着较强的抑制作用,分批发酵最佳甘油浓度为0.217molL-1.在分批发酵的基础上补料发酵,考察了不同甘油浓度的补料液和不同补料时间对... 采用浸麻芽孢杆菌和红曲菌9906利用甘油混合发酵生产乙醇.结果表明,分批发酵中高浓度的甘油对乙醇发酵有着较强的抑制作用,分批发酵最佳甘油浓度为0.217molL-1.在分批发酵的基础上补料发酵,考察了不同甘油浓度的补料液和不同补料时间对乙醇发酵的影响.最终确定乙醇补料发酵较优的工艺条件为:反应器1L,装液量700mL红曲发酵液,甘油初始浓度为0.217molL-1,以补料方式每隔60h分5次补加0.217molL-1甘油浓度的红曲发酵液,每次补加100mL,发酵培养360h.当乙醇最高浓度达0.221molL-1,乙醇总产率0.628mmolh-1,乙醇/甘油转化率达87%(molmol-1).与分批发酵相比,补料发酵很大程度解除了高浓度甘油的抑制作用,有效地利用了甘油,提高了乙醇的产量,且乙醇产率较为稳定. 展开更多

采用化学共沉淀−高温氢还原工艺制备纳米Ni均匀包覆的WC复合粉体(简称CM-WCN),在1450℃下真空烧结1 h,获得WC−Ni硬质合金,并对其组织及性能进行研究。结果表明,CM-WCN硬质合金中WC的平均晶粒度为3.0~3.8μm,仅观察到少量孔隙。CM-WCN−10... 采用化学共沉淀−高温氢还原工艺制备纳米Ni均匀包覆的WC复合粉体(简称CM-WCN),在1450℃下真空烧结1 h,获得WC−Ni硬质合金,并对其组织及性能进行研究。结果表明,CM-WCN硬质合金中WC的平均晶粒度为3.0~3.8μm,仅观察到少量孔隙。CM-WCN−10%Ni(质量分数)的相对密度、硬度及抗弯强度分别为99.63%、HRA 86.5及1860 MPa,CM-WCN−12%Ni(质量分数)的最高冲击韧性为6.17 J/cm^(2),优于本文中手混法制备的WC−Ni(HM-WCN)硬质合金及文献报道同类合金的性能。由于结构均匀性及低孔隙率,CM-WCN硬质合金具有优异的力学性能,其主要断裂模式为穿晶断裂,并伴随黏结相塑性形变。此外,当Ni含量为6%~12%(质量分数)时,CM-WCN比HM-WCN硬质合金的耐腐蚀性能更好。 展开更多

Flower-like hierarchical three-dimensional Ni Fe layered double hydroxides hollow microspheres(3D NiFe-LDH HMS),as one kind of novel non-noble metal electrocatalysts,have been fabricated in a templatefree route for water oxidation.Both of the concentration of ammonium fluoride and the reaction time are adjusted to obtain a series of Ni Fe-LDH microspheres,with different internal structures from massive to hollow generated during the hydrothermal treatment,which improve the electrocatalytic activity of the Ni Fe-LDH catalysts towards the evolution reaction of oxygen.The optimized Ni Fe-LDH-0.4M HMS show the excellent OER performance in alkaline electrolyte withη=290 mV@10 mA cm^-2,and a Tafel slope of 51 mV dec-1,which outperforms the benchmark RuO2 catalyst.The possible reason is attributed to the more exposure of active sites,and fast ion transport resulting from the hierarchical hollow structure. 展开更多

Aerosol optical properties over Beijing and Xianghe under several typical weather conditions (clear sky, light haze, heavy pollution and dust storm) are derived from POLDER (POLarization and Directionality of the Earth's Reflectances)/PARASOL (Polarization and Anisotropy of Reflectances for Atmospheric Sciences coupled with Observations from a Lidar) multi-directional, multi-spectral polarized signals using a more reliable retrieval algorithm as proposed in this paper. The results are compared with those of the operational retrieval algorithm of POLDER/PARASOL group and the ground-based AERONET (AErosol RObotic NETwork)/PHOTONS (PHOtometrie pour le Traitement Operational de Normalisation Satellitaire) measurements. It is shown that the aerosol optical parameters derived from the improved algorithm agree well with AERONET/PHOTONS measurement. The retrieval accuracies of aerosol optical thickness (AOT) and effective radius are 0.06 and 0.05 μm respectively, which are close to or better than the required accuracies (0.04 for AOT and 0.1 μm for effective radius) for estimating aerosol direct forcing. 展开更多

Physicochemical properties, total and DTPA (diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid)-extractable Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd contents, microbial biomass carbon (C) content and the organic C mineralization rate of the soils in a long-term trace metal-contaminated paddy region of Guangdong, China were determined to assess the sensitivity of microbial indices to moderately metal-contaminated paddy soils. The mean contents of total Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd were 251, 250, 171, and 2.4 mg kg-1 respectively. DTPA-extractablc metals were correlated positively and significantly with total metals, CEC, and organic C (except for DTPA-extractable Cd), while they were negatively and highly significantly correlated with pH, total Fe and Mn. Metal stress resulted in relatively low ratios of microbial biomass C to organic C and in remarkable inhibition of the microbial metabolic quotient and C mineralization rate, which eventually led to increases in soil organic C and C/N. Moreover, microbial respiratory activity showed a stronger correlation to DTPA-extractable metals than to total metal content. Likewise, in the acid paddy soils some "linked" microbial activity indices, such as metabolic quotient and ratios of basal respiration to organic C, especially during initial incuba.tion, were found to be more sensitive indicators of soil trace metal contamination than microbial biomass C or basal respiration alone. 展开更多

The elastic wave propagation phenomena in two-dimensional periodic beam lattices are studied by using the Bloch wave transform. The numerical modeling is applied to the hexagonal and the rectangular beam lattices, in which, both the in-plane (with respect to the lattice plane) and out-of-plane waves are considered. The dispersion relations are obtained by calculating the Bloch eigenfrequencies and eigenmodes. The frequency bandgaps are observed and the influence of the elastic and geometric properties of the primitive cell on the bandgaps is studied. By analyzing the phase and the group velocities of the Bloch wave modes, the anisotropic behaviors and the dispersive characteristics of the hexagonal beam lattice with respect to the wave prop- agation are highlighted in high frequency domains. One im- portant result presented herein is the comparison between the first Bloch wave modes to the membrane and bend- ing/transverse shear wave modes of the classical equivalent homogenized orthotropic plate model of the hexagonal beam lattice. It is shown that, in low frequency ranges, the homog- enized plate model can correctly represent both the in-plane and out-of-plane dynamic behaviors of the beam lattice, its frequency validity domain can be precisely evaluated thanks to the Bloch modal analysis. As another important and original result, we have highlighted the existence of the retro- propagating Bloch wave modes with a negative group veloc- ity, and of the corresponding "retro-propagating" frequency bands. 展开更多

Key parameters to be met by the catalysts, such as their redox properties, their structural aspects, active sites composed of ensembles of atoms isolated one from the others, mechanisms of reactions, are discussed. Main features of the different reactions of C–Calkanes and catalysts are analysed and their generalisation for determining more active and more selective catalysts is attempted. CeO_(2)decorated CoOx rod-like hybrid,supported onto holey reduced graphene(CoOx/CeO_(2)/RGO)composite,was fabricated via a surfactant-assisted route.Its corresponding electrocatalytic performance towards oxygen reduction/evolution reactions(ORR and OER)was systematically investigated in alkaline electrolyte.Structural,morphological and compositional studies revealed changes in electronic and surface properties when CeO_(2)was introduced as an oxygen buffer material.The oxygen vacancies effectively enhanced the electrocatalytic activity,while the synergistic effect of co-catalyst CeO_(2),CoOx activecenters,and defective graphene with many voids facilitate the charge/mass transfer,making CoOx/CeO_(2)/RGO an efficient and stable bifunctional electrocatalyst for OER/ORR with△E=0.76 V(△E=E10mAcm.-2OER-E_(1/2).ORR).This parameter is 70 mV and 270 mV lower than CoOx/RGO and the benchmark Pt/C,respectively.In addition,the OER/ORR bifunctionality of CoOx/CeO_(2)/RGO composite outperforms that of Pt/C catalyst in a H2-O_(2)micro fuel cell platform. 展开更多

A series of novel Er^3+/Yb^3+ co-doped (85- x ) TeO2-15WO3-xB2O3 (TWB;x=2%,5%,8%(mole fraction) ) glasses were prepared. Influence of B203 on the spectroscopic properties of Er^3+/Yb^3+ co-doped tungsten-tellurite glasses were investigated. It is found that the intensity of 1.5μm fluorescence, lifetime of the ^4I13/2 level and upconversion fluorescence all decrease with the increase of B2O3 content. The product of full width at half maximum (FWHM) and stimulated emission cross-section (σe^peak) of Er^3+ :^4I13/2→^4I15/2 transition has an optimum when B203 is 5% (mole fraction). The emission spectra of Er^3+ : ^4I13/2→^4I15/2 transition was analyzed using peak-fit routine, and an equivalent four-level system was proposed to estimate the stark splitting for the 411512 and ^4I13/2 levels of Er^3+ ions in TWB glasses at room temperature. 展开更多
