The most difficult and delicate part of the learning process is assessment.Assessment is difficult because during his/her accomplishment the teacher has to consider not only the acquisition of knowledge from students,but also the overall degree of development of their competencies.It is delicate,because through assessment we can influence the emotional side of students and their“willingness”to learn.Despite these facts,teachers need to evaluate students during the learning process.The purpose of the research is to find out what is the perception of teachers about the level of evaluation of students with final grade.The overall results showed that 89%of teachers agree,9%of them have a neutral attitude,and 2%do not agree that the evaluation of students with a final grade is done taking into account many aspects and using many methods,the overall average of the results,M=4.36.Based on the empirical results,it was found that teachers who have completed assessment training have a more positive approach to student assessment,as the average score is higher than teachers who have not completed assessment training.From the qualitative results it was understood that the Teachers did not encounter any difficulties during the assessment of the students. 展开更多

With the aid of non-contact measurements of vibrating surfaces through laser scanning,operating deflection shapes(ODSs)with high spatial resolutions can be used to graphically characterize damage in plane structures.Although numerous damage identification approaches relying on laser-measured ODSs have been developed for plate-type structures,they cannot be directly applied to circular cylinders due to the gap between equations of motions of plates and circular cylinders.To fill this gap,a novel approach is proposed in this study for damage identification of circular cylinders.Damage-induced discontinuities of the derivatives of ODSs can be used to gra-phically manifest the occurrence of the damage,and characterize the location and size of the damage.The approach is experimentally validated on a specimen of the circular cylinder component,whose out-of-plane ODSs in an inspection region are acquired through laser scanning using a scanning laser vibrometer.The results suggest that the occurrence,location,and size of the internal damage of the circular cylinder can be identified. 展开更多

The school is an educational institution,where students are educated and learn under the guidance of teachers,but in some cases,students do not respect the rules set by the school.In many cases,students,while being in the school,during or out of the learning process,cause trouble,presenting behaviors that are contrary to the rules of the school,but also of the society in general.Students,trying to be as active as possible,present deviant behavior,not fulfilling the obligations presented by teachers,hindering the learning process,harassing others,and engaging in other behaviors,which are detrimental to the individual,the school,and society as a whole.The school should play a key role in creating a suitable and educational environment for students,in order to create valuable generations for the country.There are a number of internal and external factors that influence the behavior of individuals.In many cases,family factors and demographic factors in general play an important role in student behavior in the classroom.Parental education,employment,housing,and many other factors influence student behavior.The study of this problem aims to clarify the correlation of factors with deviant behaviors of students in the classroom.The focus of the study is on high school students.From the empirical results,it was found that there is a correlation between student residence and deviant behavior,student school level and deviant behavior,family structure and student behavior in the classroom. 展开更多

School psychologists are mediators and users of in-school and out-of-school psychology.When working with teachers and pupils,existing skills need to be expanded in order to be able to act independently and responsibly in terms of proper education and upbringing.School psychologists are part of every school system.They are trained and have good knowledge in mental health,child development,learning theories,motivation,educational psychology,etc.Psychologists should also have a good knowledge of learning theories and innovative developments.With their dedication,they could help teachers to keep pace with new developments,applying new forms,methods and modalities in the learning process.School psychologists are professionals who in Kosovo are part of the pedagogical service.Despite the fact that in the Kosovo legislation,in schools where the number of pupil’s is over 1,000,it is foreseen to have a psychologist,however,a small number of psychologists are employed in schools.The purpose of research on this topic is to ascertain what is the support of the school psychologist for the introduction of positive innovations in learning.Survey results showed that about 61.4%of participants agree that school psychologist has a role in introducing positive developmental innovations in learning,25.5%of them to some extent agree,while 13.1%of participants disagree that the school psychologist has a role in introducing positive developmental innovations in learning.Empirical results showed that there are statistically significant differences between teachers of different ages regarding the role of the psychologist in introducing innovations in teaching,where F=3.755 and p=0.006<0.05. 展开更多

This field has become interesting to many researchers. In this paper, we present an intelligent tutoring system for teaching mathematics that helps students understand the basics of linear programming using Linear Program Solver and Service for Solving Linear Programming Problems, through which students will be able to solve economic problems. It comes down to determining the minimum or maximum value of a linear function, which is called the objective function, according to pre-set limiting conditions expressed by linear equations and inequalities. The goal function and the limiting conditions represent a mathematical model of the observed problem. Working as a professor of mathematics in high school, I felt the need for one such work and dealing with the study of linear programming as an integral part of mathematics. There are a number of papers in this regard, but exclusively related to traditional ways of working, as stated in the introductory part of the paper. The center of work as well as the final part deals with the study of linear programming using programs that deal with this topic. 展开更多

In this paper,we provide a new approach to data encryption using generalized inverses.Encryption is based on the implementation of weighted Moore–Penrose inverse A y MNenxmT over the nx8 constant matrix.The square Hermitian positive definite matrix N8x8 p is the key.The proposed solution represents a very strong key since the number of different variants of positive definite matrices of order 8 is huge.We have provided NIST(National Institute of Standards and Technology)quality assurance tests for a random generated Hermitian matrix(a total of 10 different tests and additional analysis with approximate entropy and random digression).In the additional testing of the quality of the random matrix generated,we can conclude that the results of our analysis satisfy the defined strict requirements.This proposed MP encryption method can be applied effectively in the encryption and decryption of images in multi-party communications.In the experimental part of this paper,we give a comparison of encryption methods between machine learning methods.Machine learning algorithms could be compared by achieved results of classification concentrating on classes.In a comparative analysis,we give results of classifying of advanced encryption standard(AES)algorithm and proposed encryption method based on Moore–Penrose inverse. 展开更多

Digital twin(DT)can achieve real-time information fusion and interactive feedback between virtual space and physical space.This technology involves a digital model,real-time information management,comprehensive intelligent perception networks,etc.,and it can drive the rapid conceptual development of intelligent construction(IC)such as smart factories,smart cities,and smart medical care.Nevertheless,the actual use of DT in IC is partially pending,with numerous scientific factors still not clarified.An overall survey on pending issues and unsolved scientific factors is needed for the development of DT-driven IC.To this end,this study aims to provide a comprehensive review of the state of the art and state of the use of DT-driven IC.The use of DT in planning,design,manufacturing,operation,and maintenance management of IC is demonstrated and analyzed,following which the driving functions of DT in IC are detailed from four aspects:information perception and analysis,data mining and modeling,state assessment and prediction,intelligent optimization and decision-making.Furthermore,the future direction of research,using DT in IC,is presented with some comments and suggestions.This work will help researchers gain in-depth and systematic understanding of the use of DT,and help practitioners to better promote its implementation in IC. 展开更多

Sanjak Bosniak Volunteers in the Turkish Military Orders From Galipoli to Galicia (1916-1918)

The emergence of World War I (1914) brought the occupation of Novi Pazar by Austria-Hungary (19 of November 1915) which resulted in epidemics, famine and destitution among its inhabitants. Despite of the attenuation of the population structure, Austria-Hungary made a strong pressure on the Muslim population of Sanjak by representing the ongoing worldwide conflict (World War I) as a "holy war" which aimed the destruction of the Ottomans and Islam by its enemies. By using the slogans "For creed and faith" and "Everyone Turkish must check into the Volunteers" during 1916, with the help of local agas and beys, a couple of thousand males at the ages between 18 and 50 were gathered and dispersed among the frontlines spreading from Arabia to Galicia. Thus, a large number of Muslims applied to "Durumlije" and joined the struggle because of the Ottoman Empire had been an ally and fought together with the Axis Powers (Germany and Austria-Hungary) against Russia and other Allied (Entente) Armies. "Durumlije", among their Austria-Hungarian military uniforms wore a crescent-star bandage alongside a tarboosh on their heads. They were being brought to the Galician frontline after a very short period of military instructions which never lasted longer than a month. A smaller number of them were sent to the frontlines towards Arabia, while some of them lost their lives. Part became prisoners of war and afterwards most of them continued their lives in Turkey. Nevertheless, a small number of"Durumlije" managed to return to Sanjak. After succeeding to return their destinies were uncertain. After the conclusion of World War I they faced repression and terror because of their previous war engagement in the newly formed Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes (1918). A large part of them were forced to flee to Turkey because of poverty and fear of retaliations. 展开更多
