PAF is a cell surface secretion of bioactive lipid, which could produce physiological and pathological effects by binding to its cell surface receptor called platelet-activating factor receptor (PAF-R). Studies showed that PAF participates in the occurrence and development of AP and administration of platelet-activating factor receptor antagonists (PAF-RAs) could significantly reduce local and systemic events after AP. PAF has also been implicated as a key mediator in the progression of severe AP, which can lead to complications and unacceptably high mortality rates. Several classes of PAF-RA show PAF- RAs significant local and systemic effects on reducing inflammatory changes. As a preventive treatment, PAF-RA could block a series of PAF-mediated inflammatory injury and thus improve the prognosis of AP. This review introduces the important role of PAF-RA in the treatment of AP.展开更多

Isatis indigotica(2n=14)is an important medicinal plant in China.Its dried leaves and roots(called Isatidis Folium and Isatidis Radix,respectively)are broadly used in traditional Chinese medicine for curing diseases c...Isatis indigotica(2n=14)is an important medicinal plant in China.Its dried leaves and roots(called Isatidis Folium and Isatidis Radix,respectively)are broadly used in traditional Chinese medicine for curing diseases caused by bacteria and viruses such as influenza and viral pneumonia.Various classes of compounds isolated from this species have been identified as effective ingredients.Previous studies based on transcriptomes revealed only a few candidate genes for the biosynthesis of these active compounds in this medicinal plant.Here,we report a high-quality chromosome-scale genome assembly of I.indigotica with a total size of 293.88 Mb and scaffold N50=36.16 Mb using single-molecule real-time long reads and high-throughput chromosome conformation capture techniques.We annotated 30,323 highconfidence protein-coding genes.Based on homolog searching and functional annotations,we identified many candidate genes involved in the biosynthesis of main active components such as indoles,terpenoids,and phenylpropanoids.In addition,we found that some key enzyme-coding gene families related to the biosynthesis of these components were expanded due to tandem duplications,which likely drove the production of these major active compounds and explained why I.indigotica has excellent antibacterial and antiviral activities.Our results highlighted the importance of genome sequencing in identifying candidate genes for metabolite synthesis in medicinal plants.展开更多
Rectangular cross-section specimens with different section thicknesses were prepared to study the infl uences of pouring temperature, mould temperature and squeeze velocity on the fl uidity of squeeze cast AZ91D magne...Rectangular cross-section specimens with different section thicknesses were prepared to study the infl uences of pouring temperature, mould temperature and squeeze velocity on the fl uidity of squeeze cast AZ91D magnesium alloy by means of orthogonal test design method. The results show that pouring temperature, mould temperature and squeeze velocity can significantly affect the fluidity of magnesium alloy specimens with wall thickness no more than 4 mm, and the pouring temperature is the most infl uential factor on the fl uidity of specimens with wall thickness of 1, 2 and 3 mm, while mould temperature is the one for specimens with wall thickness of 4 mm. Increasing pouring temperature between 700 °C and 750 °C is benefi cial to the fl uidity of AZ91D magnesium alloy, and increasing mould temperature signifi cantly enhances the fi lling ability of thick(3 and 4 mm) section castings. The fl uidity of squeeze cast magnesium alloy increases with the increase of wall thickness. It is not recommended to produce magnesium alloy casting with wall thickness of smaller than 3 mm by squeeze cast process due to the poor fl uidity. The software DPS was used to generate the regression model, and linear regression equations of the fl uidity of squeeze cast AZ91D with different wall thicknesses are obtained using the test results.展开更多

Different nanosized ceramics(SiO2, ZrO2, TiO2) with diameters in the range of 2-6 nm were synthesized in situ in Nafion solution through a sol-gel process and the formed nanosized ceramics were well-dispersed in the solution.The nanocomposite membranes were formed through a casting process. The nanocomposite membrane showes enhanced water retention ability and improved proton conductivity compared to those of pure Nafi on membrane. The mechanical strength of the formed nanocomposite membranes is slightly less than that of pure Nafi on membrane. The experimental results demonstrate that the polymer ceramic nanocompsite membranes are potential electrolyte for fuel cells operating at elevated temperature.展开更多

Under such a context, it is necessary to strengthen analysis on its national characteristics in the art development course and art composition characteristics. For this purpose, this paper makes special analysis on the national characteristics and art composition of Tujia brocade art in the sequence of analysis on the basic components of Tujia brocade art, analysis on its national characteristics and then detailed analysis on its composition characteristics. The author hopes to help people to understand the unique characteristics and results of Tujia brocade art after the analysis in this paper.
文摘Guizhou, with a cluster of multiple ethnic groups, is located in the southwest of China. In the province, there is up to 49 ethnic minorities whose population occupies around 1/3 of the total. Thanks to this, the multi-ethnic region is endowed with various folk art and culture of distinctive minority styles. This paper briefly discusses the outline of minority folk art in Guizhou, including its development and features, analyzes the aesthetic expression ways and characteristics of the art, and finally, puts forward some further thoughts from fine art, dancing art and batik art. This paper aims to further facilitate the development and innovation of the minority folk art of Guizhou, and add lustre to the progress of our national minority cultures.
