Methods: A total of 80 patients with hernias were selected and randomly into a control group (traditional hernia repair) and an observation group (tension-free hernia repair), of 40 cases each. The perioperative indicators, pain, physiological stress indicators, complications, and recurrence rates between the two groups were compared. Results: The perioperative indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The postoperative pain score, postoperative physiological stress index level, incidence of complications, and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the surgical treatment of hernia, tension-free hernia repair was less traumatic and had a better effect than traditional hernia repair.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of erlotinib plus Addie injection in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients of tumor markers and immune function.Methods: A total of 174 patients with non-small cell...Objective:To investigate the efficacy of erlotinib plus Addie injection in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients of tumor markers and immune function.Methods: A total of 174 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2017 were selected. Randomly divided into 2 groups, 87 cases in each group, set as observation group and control group. The observation group received erlotinib combined with Addie injection and the control group only received erlotinib. After 6 weeks of treatment, tumor markers, vascular endothelial growth factor levels and immune function indexes were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results: The observation group after treatment of tumor markers in CEA (carcinoembryonic antigen), CA199 (carbohydrate antigen 19-9) and CYFRA21-1 (cytokeratin 19 fragment) and NSE (neuron specific enolase) than those in control group and the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the levels of VEGFA (vascular endothelial factor-A), VEGFB (vascular endothelial factor-B) and VEGFC (vascular endothelial factor-C) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the immune index CD3+ (total T lymphocyte), CD4+ (helper T lymphocyte) and CD4+/CD8+ levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of NK (natural killer cell) was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the levels of IgG (re reactive antibody), IgM (initial immune response antibody) and IgA (mucosal immune secretory antibody) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Erlotinib combined with Addie injection in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer clinical effect is good. It can improve the immune function and reduce the levels of VEGF and tumor markers. It is recommended to be widely used in clinic.展开更多

Methods: Huh-7 cells were di...Objective: To explore the mechanisms of microRNA-150, cyclin B1 and mitochondrial-associated protein 2 in regulating the apoptosis and inhibiting the invasion and migration of Huh-7 cells. Methods: Huh-7 cells were divided into the control group, the negative control group (NC group) and the miR-150 overexpression group (mimic group). The miR-150 overexpressing cell line was constructed by plasmid transfection. The cell viability and apoptosis were detected by cell counting kit-8 and flow cytometry. The cell migration and invasion capacity were measured by cell wound scratch assay and Transwell. The levels of miRNA and mRNA were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and the relative expression levels of proteins were detected by Western blot. Results: MiR-150 significantly inhibited the cell viability of Huh-7 and promoted its apoptosis (P<0.01). After 24 h of cultivation, the mobility of the control group and the NC group were (83.54±4.66)%and (85.57±4.74)%, respectively. The mobility of the mimic group was (49.63±3.78)%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group and the NC group (P<0.01). After 24 h of cultivation, the invasive rate of the control group and the NC group were (100.56±2.87)%and (101.63±3.74)%, respectively, and the invasive rate of mimic group was (51.63±5.32)%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group and the NC group (P<0.01). The expression levels of cyclin B1 protein and mRNA in the mimic group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the NC group (P<0.01), and the level of mitochondrial-associated protein 2 in the mimic group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the NC group (P<0.01). Conclusions: MiR-150 may inhibit the proliferation, migration, invasion and apoptosis of hepatoma carcinoma cell by regulating cyclin B1 or up-regulating mitochondrial-associated protein 2 levels.展开更多

The RA patients were divided into the high disease active group (25 cases), moderate disease active group (30 cases), low disease active group (24 cases) and remission group (21 cases) according to the disease activity score in 28 joints (DAS28 score). The levels of anti-CCP antibodies, C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM of each research object were detected. Difference of all the serum indexes between the observation group and control group were compared, as well as that between the RA patients in different disease activity states. Finally, the correlation of anti-CCP antibodies with C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM were analyzed.Results: (1) The levels of anti-CCP antibodies, C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM in the observation group were obviously higher than that in the control group. (2) Compared with RA in remission, the levels of anti-CCP antibodies, C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM of RA in activity were significant higher. Compared with the low disease active group, the levels of anti-CCP antibodies, C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM in the moderate and high disease active groups were obviously higher. And the anti-CCP antibodies levels in the high disease active group were significantly higher than that in the moderate ones. The anti-CCP antibodies in RA patients had significant positive correlation with C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM.Conclusion:The levels of anti-CCP antibodies, C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM in RA patients were increased obviously, and they were correlated with the disease activity of RA. They could be important indexes for the diagnosis and illness monitoring of RA.展开更多

Compared MMP-2, MMP-9, VEGF, NK cells and immune function level before and after treatment in both groups.Results: MMP-2, MMP-9, VEGF, NK cells, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ level in both groups before treatment was no significant difference. After treatment, MMP-2, MMP-9, VEGF, CD8+level in both groups was significant lower than before treatment intra-group, and observation was lower than control group, there was significant difference. After treatment, NK cells, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ level in both groups was increased dramatically than before treatment of intra-group, moreover, NK cells, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+level in observation group after treatment was obvious higher than in control group after treatment, there was significant difference.Conclusion:Pemetrexed combined with cis-platinum chemotherapy for non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer could effectively decrease serum MMPs, VEGF level and increase NK cell level, regulate immune function, with definite clinical significance.展开更多
With the complementation of whole-genome sequencing of Chinese cabbage,it is necessary to develop genome-wide Simple Sequence Repeat(SSR)markers and analyse their characteristics,which will bring a revolution in the m...With the complementation of whole-genome sequencing of Chinese cabbage,it is necessary to develop genome-wide Simple Sequence Repeat(SSR)markers and analyse their characteristics,which will bring a revolution in the molecular marker-assisted breeding of Chinese cabbage.In this study distribution and characteristics of SSR loci in the genome of Chinese cabbage'Chiifu'was analyzed.Finally,a total of 173,892 SSR markers that occurred in 10 chromosomes were identified,and Perfect Repeat Motifs(P type)which is a main form of SSR loci with a mean distance of 1.89 kb/SSR was identified.Among them,mono-,di-,and tri-nucleotide repeat motifs were equally distributed across chromosomes compared with tetra-,penta-,and hexa-nucleotide repeat motifs.The largest proportion of SSR loci consisted of mono-and dinucleotide repeat motifs,which accounted for 93.04%of the total SSR loci.A/T and AT/TA were the most abundant motifs,accounting for 97.61%and 64.05%of the mono-and dinucleotide repeats,respectively.Furthermore,200 SSR markers were used for the amplification of 12 Chinese cabbage germplasm,in which 30 were highly polymorphic.These SSR markers were further used for the association analyses of flowering time of 190 Chinese cabbage accessions.The results revealed that 9 and 10 alleles were associated with bolting and flowering time,respectivley.The results show that development of SSR markers is feasible and useful in marker assisted selection of Chinese cabbage.展开更多

[ Method] Using Zhongxin No. 1 red edible seed watermelon advemitious buds as screening materials and fusaric acid (FA) as a stress agent, in vitro screen- ing of Fusarium wilt-resistant red edible seed watermelon clonal variants and identification of Fusarium wilt-resistance of the germplasm resources of red edible seed watermelon were performed. [ Result] The results showed that the appropriate FA for in vitro screening of Fusarium wilt-resistant red edible seed watermelon vari- ants was 15 mg/L. In vitro screening system for Fusarium wilt-resistant red edible seed watermelon variants was established preliminarily and FA-resistant regenera- ted plants were obtained. Among the 36 germplasm resources of red edible seed watermelon, there were 2 highly resistant materials, 6 moderately resistant materi- als, 11 slightly resistant materials and 17 highly susceptible materials. [ Conclusion] This study confirmed preliminarily that in vitro screening method is effective for obtaining resistant materials of red edible seed watermelon.展开更多

Given the glut of information on the web,it is crucially important to have a system,which will parse the information appropriately and recommend users with relevant information,this class of systems is known as Recomm...Given the glut of information on the web,it is crucially important to have a system,which will parse the information appropriately and recommend users with relevant information,this class of systems is known as Recommendation Systems(RS)-it is one of the most extensively used systems on the web today.Recently,Deep Learning(DL)models are being used to generate recommendations,as it has shown state-of-the-art(SoTA)results in the field of Speech Recognition and Computer Vision in the last decade.However,the RS is a much harder problem,as the central variable in the recommendation system’s environment is the chaotic nature of the human’s purchasing/consuming behaviors and their interest.These user-item interactions cannot be fully represented in the Euclidean-Space,as it will trivialize the interaction and undermine the implicit interactions patterns.So to preserve the implicit as well as explicit interactions of user and items,we propose a new graph based recommendation framework.The fundamental idea behind this framework is not only to generate the recommendations in the unsupervised fashion but to learn the dynamics of the graph and predict the short and long term interest of the users.In this paper,we propose the first step,a heuristic multi-layer high-dimensional graph which preserves the implicit and explicit interactions between users and items using SoTA Deep Learning models such as AutoEncoders.To generate recommendation from this generated graph a new class of neural network architecture-Graph Neural Network-can be used.展开更多

Methods: 142 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects. 71 cases in the control group and 71 cases in the observation group were randomly assigned. The renal function, oxidative stress, inflammation and immune indexes of two groups of patients with diabetic nephropathy were compared and analyzed. Results: After treatment, the levels of BUN, SCr, UARE, ROS, AOPPS, TNF-α, CRP and CD8+ of DN patients in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before the treatment, while the levels of SOD, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ increased significantly compared with those before the treatment;and the levels of BUN, SCr, UARE, ROS, AOPPS, TNF-α, CRP and CD8+ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the levels of SOD, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusions: Bailing capsule combined with irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the renal function, oxidize inflammatory reaction and enhance the immune function of patients, which has clinical significance.展开更多

The systemic inflammatory response and target organ damage extent were compared between sepsis children with different HOMA-IR levels.Results: HOMA-IR level in observation group was significantly higher than that in normal control group. Compared serum inflammatory factors, immune function and hemorheological index in both groups before and after 6 weeks treatment. Results:Before treatment, comparison of inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8), immune function (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+) and hemorheological index (low-cut/high-cut whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, FIB) in both groups, there was no statistical significant difference;after treatment, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, CD8+, low-cut/ high-cut whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, FIB level were lower dramatically than pre-treatment intra-group, moreover, these level in observation group after treatment was lower than control group after treatment;CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ level in both groups after treatment was higher than before treatment intra-group, and these levels in observation group after treatment was higher obviously than control group after treatment.Conclusion:Bock greenbrier rhizome capsule combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablet for patients with chronic pelvic inflammation, its regulated effect on serum inflammatory factors, immune function and hemorheological index in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation was superior to only using Fuke Qianjin Tablet, it was worthy of clinical application.展开更多
Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a high genetic heterogeneity neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by social,communicative,and behavioral deficits.However,there are very few studies thus far addressing risk factor...Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a high genetic heterogeneity neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by social,communicative,and behavioral deficits.However,there are very few studies thus far addressing risk factors for ASD in China children.This case-control study aims to investigate whether various risk factors especially cesarean section,epidural analgesia during labor,immediate cord clamping at birth were associated with the risk of having an offspring with ASD.There were 50 children with ASD(age 34.76±7.78 months)and 150 normal children(age 33.76±6.73 months)enrolled in this study.The risk of developing ASD in these children included cesarean section(RR=3.512,95%confidence interval(CI)=1.162–10.620),anesthesia for pain relief(RR=3.387,95%CI=1.160–9.891),early cord clamping(RR=19.062,95%CI=3.894–93.0304),gender of boy(RR=3.530,95%CI=1.223–10.188).Further research is needed to determine whether such factors have a causal link to ASD.展开更多
technique.However,the main challenge in this process is the high minimum miscibility pressure(MMP)between natural gas and crude oil,which limits its application and recovery factor,especially in hightemperature reserv...technique.However,the main challenge in this process is the high minimum miscibility pressure(MMP)between natural gas and crude oil,which limits its application and recovery factor,especially in hightemperature reservoirs.Therefore,we present a novel investigation to quantify the effect of chemicalassisted MMP reduction on the oil recovery factor.Firstly,we measured the interfacial tension(IFT)of the methane-oil system in the presence of chemical or CO_(2) to calculate the MMP reduction at a constant temperature(373K)using the vanishing interfacial tension(VIT)method.Afterwards,we performed three coreflooding experiments to quantify the effect of MMP reduction on the oil recovery factor under different injection scenarios.The interfacial tension measurements show that adding a small fraction(1.5 wt%)of the tested surfactant(SOLOTERRA ME-6)achieved 9%of MMP reduction,while adding 20 wt%of CO_(2) to the methane yields 13%of MMP reduction.Then,the coreflooding results highlight the significance of achieving miscibility during gas injection,as the ultimate recovery factor increased from 65.5%under immiscible conditions to 77.2%using chemical-assisted methane,and to 79%using gas mixture after achieving near miscible condition.The results demonstrate the promising potential of the MMP reduction to signifi-cantly increase the oil recovery factor during gas injection.Furthermore,these results will likely expand the application envelop of the miscible gas injection,in addition to the environmental benefits of utilizing the produced gas by re-injection/recycling instead of flaring which contributes to reducing the greenhouse gas emissions.展开更多

文摘This study explores the significance,current research landscape,and conceptualization of sports safety promotion.Safety in sports is fundamental to youth physical activities,and an excessive focus on or neglect of safety is unwarranted.Globally,numerous countries have extensively researched sports safety promotion and implemented diverse strategies.Drawing from KABP(Knowledge,Attitude,Behavior,Practice)theory and 4M(Man,Machine,Medium,Management)management,this paper presents a conceptual framework for sports safety promotion.It integrates these theories to devise a comprehensive accident prevention model within a sports safety promotion system.The framework prioritizes enhancing students’safety literacy and underscores the practical application of safety knowledge and skills in simulated sports settings following structured safety education.It aims to enhance students’competency and proficiency in averting sports-related injuries.
文摘Objective: To analyze the efficiency of tension-free hernia repair and traditional surgery in the treatment of hernia. Methods: A total of 80 patients with hernias were selected and randomly into a control group (traditional hernia repair) and an observation group (tension-free hernia repair), of 40 cases each. The perioperative indicators, pain, physiological stress indicators, complications, and recurrence rates between the two groups were compared. Results: The perioperative indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The postoperative pain score, postoperative physiological stress index level, incidence of complications, and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the surgical treatment of hernia, tension-free hernia repair was less traumatic and had a better effect than traditional hernia repair.
文摘In order to obtain clear images and solve the problems of low image quality caused by noise disturbance,a lot of researches have been done on image denoising techniques.In the theoretical system of algorithms studied so far,many algorithms can effectively remove noise in low-dimensional images,but at the same time,the results are slightly inferior when processing high-dimensional images.This paper proposes a q-GAN,which uses multi-scale in generating networks.The convolution kernel extracts image features and transforms the denoising problem into the feature domain.In the feature domain,a residual structure is used to denoise,and the noise distribution is removed from the feature distribution.There are residual noise features in the obtained denoising features,which are removed by subsequent feature filtering of the network structure,and finally a denoised image is generated by fusing the noiseless features.
文摘Objective:To investigate the efficacy of erlotinib plus Addie injection in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients of tumor markers and immune function.Methods: A total of 174 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2017 were selected. Randomly divided into 2 groups, 87 cases in each group, set as observation group and control group. The observation group received erlotinib combined with Addie injection and the control group only received erlotinib. After 6 weeks of treatment, tumor markers, vascular endothelial growth factor levels and immune function indexes were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results: The observation group after treatment of tumor markers in CEA (carcinoembryonic antigen), CA199 (carbohydrate antigen 19-9) and CYFRA21-1 (cytokeratin 19 fragment) and NSE (neuron specific enolase) than those in control group and the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the levels of VEGFA (vascular endothelial factor-A), VEGFB (vascular endothelial factor-B) and VEGFC (vascular endothelial factor-C) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the immune index CD3+ (total T lymphocyte), CD4+ (helper T lymphocyte) and CD4+/CD8+ levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of NK (natural killer cell) was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the levels of IgG (re reactive antibody), IgM (initial immune response antibody) and IgA (mucosal immune secretory antibody) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Erlotinib combined with Addie injection in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer clinical effect is good. It can improve the immune function and reduce the levels of VEGF and tumor markers. It is recommended to be widely used in clinic.
文摘Objective: To explore the mechanisms of microRNA-150, cyclin B1 and mitochondrial-associated protein 2 in regulating the apoptosis and inhibiting the invasion and migration of Huh-7 cells. Methods: Huh-7 cells were divided into the control group, the negative control group (NC group) and the miR-150 overexpression group (mimic group). The miR-150 overexpressing cell line was constructed by plasmid transfection. The cell viability and apoptosis were detected by cell counting kit-8 and flow cytometry. The cell migration and invasion capacity were measured by cell wound scratch assay and Transwell. The levels of miRNA and mRNA were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and the relative expression levels of proteins were detected by Western blot. Results: MiR-150 significantly inhibited the cell viability of Huh-7 and promoted its apoptosis (P<0.01). After 24 h of cultivation, the mobility of the control group and the NC group were (83.54±4.66)%and (85.57±4.74)%, respectively. The mobility of the mimic group was (49.63±3.78)%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group and the NC group (P<0.01). After 24 h of cultivation, the invasive rate of the control group and the NC group were (100.56±2.87)%and (101.63±3.74)%, respectively, and the invasive rate of mimic group was (51.63±5.32)%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group and the NC group (P<0.01). The expression levels of cyclin B1 protein and mRNA in the mimic group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the NC group (P<0.01), and the level of mitochondrial-associated protein 2 in the mimic group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the NC group (P<0.01). Conclusions: MiR-150 may inhibit the proliferation, migration, invasion and apoptosis of hepatoma carcinoma cell by regulating cyclin B1 or up-regulating mitochondrial-associated protein 2 levels.
文摘Objective:To detect the serum levels of anti-Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide (CCP) antibodies, complement (C3 and C4) and immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA and IgM) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods: A total of 100 patients with RA were selected as the observation group, and 60 healthy people were selected as the control group. The RA patients were divided into the high disease active group (25 cases), moderate disease active group (30 cases), low disease active group (24 cases) and remission group (21 cases) according to the disease activity score in 28 joints (DAS28 score). The levels of anti-CCP antibodies, C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM of each research object were detected. Difference of all the serum indexes between the observation group and control group were compared, as well as that between the RA patients in different disease activity states. Finally, the correlation of anti-CCP antibodies with C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM were analyzed.Results: (1) The levels of anti-CCP antibodies, C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM in the observation group were obviously higher than that in the control group. (2) Compared with RA in remission, the levels of anti-CCP antibodies, C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM of RA in activity were significant higher. Compared with the low disease active group, the levels of anti-CCP antibodies, C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM in the moderate and high disease active groups were obviously higher. And the anti-CCP antibodies levels in the high disease active group were significantly higher than that in the moderate ones. The anti-CCP antibodies in RA patients had significant positive correlation with C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM.Conclusion:The levels of anti-CCP antibodies, C3, C4, IgG, IgA and IgM in RA patients were increased obviously, and they were correlated with the disease activity of RA. They could be important indexes for the diagnosis and illness monitoring of RA.
文摘Objective:To explore effect of Pemetrexed combined with cis-platinum chemotherapy on matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs), vascular esandothelial growth factor (VEGF), NK cells and immune function in patients with non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.Method:A total of86 cases of non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer patients were divided into control group (n=44) and observation group (n=42), control group was given docetaxel combined cis-platinum chemotherapy, pemetrexed combined cis-platinum chemotherapy, was applied for observation group. Compared MMP-2, MMP-9, VEGF, NK cells and immune function level before and after treatment in both groups.Results: MMP-2, MMP-9, VEGF, NK cells, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ level in both groups before treatment was no significant difference. After treatment, MMP-2, MMP-9, VEGF, CD8+level in both groups was significant lower than before treatment intra-group, and observation was lower than control group, there was significant difference. After treatment, NK cells, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ level in both groups was increased dramatically than before treatment of intra-group, moreover, NK cells, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+level in observation group after treatment was obvious higher than in control group after treatment, there was significant difference.Conclusion:Pemetrexed combined with cis-platinum chemotherapy for non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer could effectively decrease serum MMPs, VEGF level and increase NK cell level, regulate immune function, with definite clinical significance.

文摘With the complementation of whole-genome sequencing of Chinese cabbage,it is necessary to develop genome-wide Simple Sequence Repeat(SSR)markers and analyse their characteristics,which will bring a revolution in the molecular marker-assisted breeding of Chinese cabbage.In this study distribution and characteristics of SSR loci in the genome of Chinese cabbage'Chiifu'was analyzed.Finally,a total of 173,892 SSR markers that occurred in 10 chromosomes were identified,and Perfect Repeat Motifs(P type)which is a main form of SSR loci with a mean distance of 1.89 kb/SSR was identified.Among them,mono-,di-,and tri-nucleotide repeat motifs were equally distributed across chromosomes compared with tetra-,penta-,and hexa-nucleotide repeat motifs.The largest proportion of SSR loci consisted of mono-and dinucleotide repeat motifs,which accounted for 93.04%of the total SSR loci.A/T and AT/TA were the most abundant motifs,accounting for 97.61%and 64.05%of the mono-and dinucleotide repeats,respectively.Furthermore,200 SSR markers were used for the amplification of 12 Chinese cabbage germplasm,in which 30 were highly polymorphic.These SSR markers were further used for the association analyses of flowering time of 190 Chinese cabbage accessions.The results revealed that 9 and 10 alleles were associated with bolting and flowering time,respectivley.The results show that development of SSR markers is feasible and useful in marker assisted selection of Chinese cabbage.
文摘Objective:Explore the homogeneous management of appropri-ate technology for Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)care based on the county medical community platform.Methods:The hospital has formed a county medical community since 2020,based on which the platform develops homogeneous management of appropriate technologies for TCM nursing,establishes a medical training center,a remote consultation center and a TCM nursing quality control center,strengthens the construction of TCM nursing specialties,integrates TCM with public health and consolidates information support.The“321”model was developed,with January 2021 to December 2021 as the post-implementation period and January 2020 to December 2020 as the pre-implementation period,to compare the application of TCM nursing techniques before and after the implementation.Results:After the implementation of homogeneous management of TCM nursing techniques in the medical community units,the TCM nursing competence of primary care staff,patient compliance and satisfaction were significantly improved.Conclusion:The implementation of homogeneous management of TCM nursing techniques in the medical community units can enhance the TCM service capacity of primary care staff and improve the“sense of access to care”of patients.

文摘[ Objective] This study aimed to establish an appropriate technology system for in vitro screening of Fuzarium wilt-resistant germplasm resources of red edible seed watermelon and obtain variants resistant to fusaric acid, thus providing resistant materials for breeding Fusarium wilt-resistant red edible seed watermel- on. [ Method] Using Zhongxin No. 1 red edible seed watermelon advemitious buds as screening materials and fusaric acid (FA) as a stress agent, in vitro screen- ing of Fusarium wilt-resistant red edible seed watermelon clonal variants and identification of Fusarium wilt-resistance of the germplasm resources of red edible seed watermelon were performed. [ Result] The results showed that the appropriate FA for in vitro screening of Fusarium wilt-resistant red edible seed watermelon vari- ants was 15 mg/L. In vitro screening system for Fusarium wilt-resistant red edible seed watermelon variants was established preliminarily and FA-resistant regenera- ted plants were obtained. Among the 36 germplasm resources of red edible seed watermelon, there were 2 highly resistant materials, 6 moderately resistant materi- als, 11 slightly resistant materials and 17 highly susceptible materials. [ Conclusion] This study confirmed preliminarily that in vitro screening method is effective for obtaining resistant materials of red edible seed watermelon.

文摘Given the glut of information on the web,it is crucially important to have a system,which will parse the information appropriately and recommend users with relevant information,this class of systems is known as Recommendation Systems(RS)-it is one of the most extensively used systems on the web today.Recently,Deep Learning(DL)models are being used to generate recommendations,as it has shown state-of-the-art(SoTA)results in the field of Speech Recognition and Computer Vision in the last decade.However,the RS is a much harder problem,as the central variable in the recommendation system’s environment is the chaotic nature of the human’s purchasing/consuming behaviors and their interest.These user-item interactions cannot be fully represented in the Euclidean-Space,as it will trivialize the interaction and undermine the implicit interactions patterns.So to preserve the implicit as well as explicit interactions of user and items,we propose a new graph based recommendation framework.The fundamental idea behind this framework is not only to generate the recommendations in the unsupervised fashion but to learn the dynamics of the graph and predict the short and long term interest of the users.In this paper,we propose the first step,a heuristic multi-layer high-dimensional graph which preserves the implicit and explicit interactions between users and items using SoTA Deep Learning models such as AutoEncoders.To generate recommendation from this generated graph a new class of neural network architecture-Graph Neural Network-can be used.
文摘Based on analysisof karst fracture-vuggy filling mineralogy and geochemical fluorite in hercynian, this paper make further research about formation and significance of fluorite in central uplift of Tarim Basin. It is point out that the development of hercynian fracture-vuggy and filling succession of fracture-cave mineral was under the background of the mingling of low-temperature magma hydrotherm and the brine of upper strata. There are overlap or associate relations between generate of fluorite and buried dissolution or oil-gas migration. It was volume decreased 26.4% after calcite metasomatic by fluorite, this reaction made fluorite engender plentiful intergranular space. It’s created appreciable reservoir space. At same time, hydrotherm carried by fluorite generating could erode adjacent rock though fracture or fissure, forming irregular fracture-cave system, and also accompanied with hydrocarbon migration. The time of hydrocarbon migration and accumulation happened in late hercynian-indosinian is inosculates with the sedimentation time such as fluorite and several hydrothermal mineral.
文摘Objective: To explore the effects of Bailing capsule combined with irbesartan on oxidative stress, inflammatory response and immune function in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 142 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects. 71 cases in the control group and 71 cases in the observation group were randomly assigned. The renal function, oxidative stress, inflammation and immune indexes of two groups of patients with diabetic nephropathy were compared and analyzed. Results: After treatment, the levels of BUN, SCr, UARE, ROS, AOPPS, TNF-α, CRP and CD8+ of DN patients in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before the treatment, while the levels of SOD, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ increased significantly compared with those before the treatment;and the levels of BUN, SCr, UARE, ROS, AOPPS, TNF-α, CRP and CD8+ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the levels of SOD, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusions: Bailing capsule combined with irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the renal function, oxidize inflammatory reaction and enhance the immune function of patients, which has clinical significance.

The systemic inflammatory response and target organ damage extent were compared between sepsis children with different HOMA-IR levels.Results: HOMA-IR level in observation group was significantly higher than that in normal control group. Serum inflammatory factors PCT, IL-1β, IL-8 and IL-10 contents in high HOMA-IR group were significantly higher than those in low HOMA-IR group;serum myocardial injury indexes CK, CK-MB and LDH contents were significantly higher than those in low HOMA-IR group;serum liver injury indexes ALT, AST and TBIL contents were significantly higher than those in low HOMA-IR group while ALB content was lower than that in low HOMA-IR group;serum renal injury indexes Cr, BUN and CysC contents were significantly higher than those in low HOMA-IR group.Conclusion: HOMA-IR level in children with sepsis is higher than that in normal people, and HOMA-IR level is positively correlated with systemic inflammatory response and target organ injury.

文摘Objective:To explore effect of bock greenbrier rhizome capsule combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablet on serum inflammatory factors, immune function and hemorheological index in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation.Method:A toal of210 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were divided into control group (n=104) and observation group (n=106) according to random data table method, control group was given Fuke Qianjin Tablet, observation group was given bock greenbrier rhizome capsule on base of control group, treatment period of both groups was 6 weeks. Compared serum inflammatory factors, immune function and hemorheological index in both groups before and after 6 weeks treatment. Results:Before treatment, comparison of inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8), immune function (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+) and hemorheological index (low-cut/high-cut whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, FIB) in both groups, there was no statistical significant difference;after treatment, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, CD8+, low-cut/ high-cut whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, FIB level were lower dramatically than pre-treatment intra-group, moreover, these level in observation group after treatment was lower than control group after treatment;CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ level in both groups after treatment was higher than before treatment intra-group, and these levels in observation group after treatment was higher obviously than control group after treatment.Conclusion:Bock greenbrier rhizome capsule combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablet for patients with chronic pelvic inflammation, its regulated effect on serum inflammatory factors, immune function and hemorheological index in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation was superior to only using Fuke Qianjin Tablet, it was worthy of clinical application.
文摘Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a high genetic heterogeneity neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by social,communicative,and behavioral deficits.However,there are very few studies thus far addressing risk factors for ASD in China children.This case-control study aims to investigate whether various risk factors especially cesarean section,epidural analgesia during labor,immediate cord clamping at birth were associated with the risk of having an offspring with ASD.There were 50 children with ASD(age 34.76±7.78 months)and 150 normal children(age 33.76±6.73 months)enrolled in this study.The risk of developing ASD in these children included cesarean section(RR=3.512,95%confidence interval(CI)=1.162–10.620),anesthesia for pain relief(RR=3.387,95%CI=1.160–9.891),early cord clamping(RR=19.062,95%CI=3.894–93.0304),gender of boy(RR=3.530,95%CI=1.223–10.188).Further research is needed to determine whether such factors have a causal link to ASD.

文摘technique.However,the main challenge in this process is the high minimum miscibility pressure(MMP)between natural gas and crude oil,which limits its application and recovery factor,especially in hightemperature reservoirs.Therefore,we present a novel investigation to quantify the effect of chemicalassisted MMP reduction on the oil recovery factor.Firstly,we measured the interfacial tension(IFT)of the methane-oil system in the presence of chemical or CO_(2) to calculate the MMP reduction at a constant temperature(373K)using the vanishing interfacial tension(VIT)method.Afterwards,we performed three coreflooding experiments to quantify the effect of MMP reduction on the oil recovery factor under different injection scenarios.The interfacial tension measurements show that adding a small fraction(1.5 wt%)of the tested surfactant(SOLOTERRA ME-6)achieved 9%of MMP reduction,while adding 20 wt%of CO_(2) to the methane yields 13%of MMP reduction.Then,the coreflooding results highlight the significance of achieving miscibility during gas injection,as the ultimate recovery factor increased from 65.5%under immiscible conditions to 77.2%using chemical-assisted methane,and to 79%using gas mixture after achieving near miscible condition.The results demonstrate the promising potential of the MMP reduction to signifi-cantly increase the oil recovery factor during gas injection.Furthermore,these results will likely expand the application envelop of the miscible gas injection,in addition to the environmental benefits of utilizing the produced gas by re-injection/recycling instead of flaring which contributes to reducing the greenhouse gas emissions.

文摘novel imidazoline derivative,2-methyl-4-phenyl-1-tosyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole(IMI),was prepared and investigated as corrosion inhibitor for P110 carbon steel in 1.0 M HCl solution by weight loss measurements,potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)tests.The inhibition efficiency increased with the rising concentration of IMI inhibitor.The test results and fitting data indicated that the IMI behaved as a mixed-type inhibitor and obeys the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was carried out to investigate the surface of carbon steel specimens,showing great protection from aggressive solution.Finally,inhibition mechanism of IMI on metal surface was further discussed.
