BACKGROUND Despite the rarity of appendiceal tumors,research in this field has intensified,resulting in a growing number of studies and published papers.Surprisingly,no comprehensive bibliometric analysis has specific...BACKGROUND Despite the rarity of appendiceal tumors,research in this field has intensified,resulting in a growing number of studies and published papers.Surprisingly,no comprehensive bibliometric analysis has specifically addressed appendiceal tumors.AIM To offer a thorough analysis of the current landscape and future trends in appendiceal tumor research.METHODS In our bibliometric analysis studies,we explored the Web of Science Core Collection database.The bibliographic details of the chosen publications were automatically converted and analyzed using the bibliometric package in the R environment.Additionally,we employed VoSviewer to create cooperation network maps for countries,institutions,and authors,as well as clustering maps for keywords.Furthermore,CiteSpace,another software tool,was utilized to build dual-map overlays of journals and analyze references with citation bursts.RESULTS Our study included 780 English-language articles published after 2010.The number of related publications and citations has increased in the past decade.The United States leads in this area,but there is a need to improve cooperation and communication among countries and institutions.Co-occurrence analysis also revealed close collaboration among different authors.Annals of Surgical Oncology was the most influential journal in this field.Analysis of references with high cocitations and references with citation bursts,consistent with analysis of keywords and hotspots,indicated that current research primarily centers on the classification and management of appendiceal mucinous neoplasms and consequent pseudomyxoma peritonei.Despite the abundance of clinical studies,a greater number of in-depth basic research studies should be conducted.CONCLUSION Current research on appendiceal tumors focuses on classification and management of appendiceal mucinous neoplasms and pseudomyxoma peritonei.Enhanced collaboration and basic research are vital for further advancement.展开更多

Our previous studies have shown that long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)H19 is upregulated in injured rat sciatic nerve during the process of Wallerian degeneration,and that it promotes the migration of Schwann cells and slows...Our previous studies have shown that long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)H19 is upregulated in injured rat sciatic nerve during the process of Wallerian degeneration,and that it promotes the migration of Schwann cells and slows down the growth of dorsal root ganglion axons.However,the mechanism by which lncRNA H19 regulates neural repair and regeneration after peripheral nerve injury remains unclear.In this study,we established a Sprague-Dawley rat model of sciatic nerve transection injury.We performed in situ hybridization and found that at 4–7 days after sciatic nerve injury,lncRNA H19 was highly expressed.At 14 days before injury,adeno-associated virus was intrathecally injected into the L4–L5 foramina to disrupt or overexpress lncRNA H19.After overexpression of lncRNA H19,the growth of newly formed axons from the sciatic nerve was inhibited,whereas myelination was enhanced.Then,we performed gait analysis and thermal pain analysis to evaluate rat behavior.We found that lncRNA H19 overexpression delayed the recovery of rat behavior function,whereas interfering with lncRNA H19 expression improved functional recovery.Finally,we examined the expression of lncRNA H19 downstream target SEMA6D,and found that after lncRNA H19 overexpression,the SEMA6D protein level was increased.These findings suggest that lncRNA H19 regulates peripheral nerve degeneration and regeneration through activating SEMA6D in injured nerves.This provides a new clue to understand the role of lncRNA H19 in peripheral nerve degeneration and regeneration.展开更多

Therefore, it may not be a suitable model for many of the exclusive networks between the nodes. This paper analyzes the energy efficiency(EE) and optimizes the two-tier heterogeneous cellular networks(Het Nets). Considering the mutual exclusion between macro base stations(MBSs) distribution, the deployment of MBSs is modeled by the Matérn hard-core point process(MHCPP), and the deployment of pico base stations(PBSs) is modeled by the PPP. We adopt a simple approximation method to study the signal to interference ratio(SIR) distribution in two-tier MHCPP-PPP networks and then derive the coverage probabilities, the average data rates and the energy efficiency of Het Nets. Finally, an optimization algorithm is proposed to improve the EE of Het Nets by controlling the transmit power of PBSs. The simulation results show that the EE of a system can be effectively improved by selecting the appropriate transmit power for the PBSs. In addition, two-tier MHCPP-PPP Het Nets have higher energy efficiency than two-tier PPP-PPP Het Nets.展开更多
This paper solves an energy-efficient optimization problem of a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) assisted full-duplex mobile relaying in maritime communication environments.Taking the speed and the acceleration...This paper solves an energy-efficient optimization problem of a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) assisted full-duplex mobile relaying in maritime communication environments.Taking the speed and the acceleration of the UAV and the information-causality constraints into consideration,the energy-efficiency of the system under investigation is maximized by jointly optimizing the UAV’s trajectory and the individual transmit power levels of the source and the UAV relay nodes.The optimization problem is non-convex and thus cannot be solved directly.Therefore,it is decoupled into two subproblems.One sub-problem is for the transmit power control at the source and the UAV relay nodes,and the other aims at optimizing the UAV s flight trajectory.By using the Lagrangian dual and Dinkelbach methods,the two sub-problems are solved,leading to an iterative algorithm for the joint design of transmit power control and trajectory optimization.Computer simulations demonstrated that by conducting the proposed algorithm,the flight trajectory of the UAV and the individual transmit power levels of the nodes can be flexibly adjusted according to the system conditions,and the proposed algorithm can achieve signiflcantly higher energy efficiency as compared with the other benchmark schemes.展开更多

It is shown that the odd and the even rotational wave packets created by a single laser pulse can be selectively excited by accurately controlling the time delay of another laser pulse. By inserting the peak of the second laser pulse at the position of maximum or minimum value around quarter or three quarter rotational period of the slope curve with odd (or even) rotational wave packet contribution that is created by the first laser pulse, the odd rotational wave packet can be enhanced (or suppressed) while the even rotational wave packet is suppressed (or enhanced). As a result, the molecular alignments around quarter and three quarter rotational periods can be obtained. Moreover, it is also shown that by inserting the second laser pulse around the quarter or three quarter rotational periods, the changes in the maximum degree of the molecular alignment for the odd and the even rotational wave packet contributions are consistent with their corresponding slope curves at these positions.展开更多

In the network, the energy-constrained secondary user(SU) relay employs T...In this paper, we investigate a joint beamforming and time switching(TS) design for an energy-constrained cognitive two-way relay(TWR) network. In the network, the energy-constrained secondary user(SU) relay employs TS protocol to harvest energy from the signals sent by the circuit-powered primary user(PU) transmitter, and then exploits the harvested energy to perform information forwarding. Our aim is to maximize the sum rate of SUs under the constraints of the data rate of PU, the energy harvesting and the transmit power of the SU relay. To determine the beamforming matrix and TS ratio, we decouple the original non-convex problem into two subproblems which can be solved by semidefinite relaxation and successive convex optimization methods. Furthermore, we derive closed form expressions of the optimal solutions for each subproblem, which facilitates the design of a suboptimal iterative algorithm to handle the original sum rate maximization problem. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and superior performance of the proposed joint design against other conventional schemes in the literature.展开更多

However, EE of relay-assisted cellular networks where the macro base stations(MBSs) are equipped with the multi-antenna has not been thoroughly addressed. This paper considered the downlink transmission of multi-antenna relay-assisted cellular networks, meanwhile, a strategic sleep scheme was used in relay stations(RSs), which dynamically adjusted the RS working mode according to whether the number of users serviced by the relay exceeds a given threshold. A geometric model was built to derive the coverage probability and mean achievable rate from the MBSs to user(UE), the MBS to RS, the RS to UE links and analyze the system EE. It is shown that the energy efficiency of cellular network with strategic sleep RS is slightly higher than that of cellular network with non-sleeping strategy. Furthermore, the MBS equipped with multi-antenna has better impact on energy efficiency and spectral efficiency than the MBS with single antenna.展开更多
Objective:By the method of network pharmacology to study the main active compounds,main target genes,critical path and mechanism of the two classical Chinese herbs Chenpi-Banxia in the treatment of Coronary Microvascu...Objective:By the method of network pharmacology to study the main active compounds,main target genes,critical path and mechanism of the two classical Chinese herbs Chenpi-Banxia in the treatment of Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction(CMD).Methods:Obtaining potential active compounds of Chenpi-Banxia from TCMSP,while the targets for CMD were obtained from DrugBank and OMIM databases.Using UniProt database to query the corresponding gene name.The key target of Chenpi-Banxia in the treatment of Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction can be obtained by using the intersection of VENNY.The PPI network was screened for the major targets by String and Cytoscape3.7.1.The GO enrichment analysis and KEGG Pathway analyses of major targets were performed by using the DAVID database and use Binformatics to draw bubble map.Finally,the ingredient-major arget-key pathway network was constructed by Cytoscape3.7.1.Results:There were 16 compounds such as naringenin,nobiletin,baicalein.beta-sitosterol etc,and 56 predictive target genes such as AKT1、VEGFA、BCL2、BAX、JUN etc,as well as 20 key pathways including inflammation-related pathway(TNF signaling pathway),pathways related to cardiovascular system(PI3K-Akt signaling pathway),Vascular endothelial growth factor signaling pathway(VEGF signaling pathway),Apoptosis related pathways(Apoptosis)and Hypoxia cell stress signaling pathway(HIF-1 signaling pathway)in the Compounds-Target-Pathway network.Conclusion:The study verified the characteristics of multi-components,multi-targets and integral regulation for Chenpi-Banxia with the application of network pharmacology.It predicted that Chenpi-Banxia couldtreat Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction mainly by protecting endothelial cell function of coronary microcirculation,inhibiting cell apoptosis and affecting inflammatory reaction.展开更多
BACKGROUND Acute pancreatitis(AP),as a common acute abdomen disease,has a high incidence rate worldwide and is often accompanied by severe complications.Negative emotions lead to increased secretion of stress hormones...BACKGROUND Acute pancreatitis(AP),as a common acute abdomen disease,has a high incidence rate worldwide and is often accompanied by severe complications.Negative emotions lead to increased secretion of stress hormones,elevated blood sugar levels,and enhanced insulin resistance,which in turn increases the risk of AP and significantly affects the patient's quality of life.Therefore,exploring the intervention effects of narrative nursing programs on the negative emotions of patients with AP is not only helpful in alleviating psychological stress and improving quality of life but also has significant implications for improving disease outcomes and prognosis.AIM To construct a narrative nursing model for negative emotions in patients with AP and verify its efficacy in application.METHODS Through Delphi expert consultation,a narrative nursing model for negative emotions in patients with AP was constructed.A non-randomized quasi-experimental study design was used in this study.A total of 92 patients with AP with negative emotions admitted to a tertiary hospital in Nantong City of Jiangsu Province,China from September 2022 to August 2023 were recruited by convenience sampling,among whom 46 patients admitted from September 2022 to February 2023 were included in the observation group,and 46 patients from March to August 2023 were selected as control group.The observation group received narrative nursing plan,while the control group was given with routine nursing.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),positive and negative affect scale(PANAS),caring behavior scale,patient satisfaction scale and 36-item short form health survey questionnaire(SF-36)were used to evaluate their emotions,satisfaction and caring behaviors in the two groups on the day of discharge,1-and 3-month following discharge.RESULTS According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 45 cases in the intervention group and 44 cases in the control group eventually recruited and completed in the study.On the day of discharge,the intervention group showed significantly lower scores of SAS,SDS and negative emotion(28.57±4.52 vs 17.4±4.44,P<0.001),whereas evidently higher outcomes in the positive emotion score,Caring behavior scale score and satisfaction score compared to the control group(P<0.05).Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that significant between-group differences were found in time effect,inter-group effect and interaction effect of SAS and PANAS scores as well as in time effect and inter-group effect of SF-36 scores(P<0.05);the SF-36 scores of two groups at 3 months after discharge were higher than those at 1 month after discharge(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The application of narrative nursing protocols has demonstrated significant effectiveness in alleviating anxiety,ameliorating negative emotions,and enhancing satisfaction among patients with AP.展开更多

Here, we demonstrated that a small GTPase, Rab27b, is involved in PLP trafficking in oligodendrocytes. We showed that PLP co-localized with Rab27b in late endosomes/lysosomes in oligodendrocytes. Short hairpin- mediated knockdown of Rab27b not only reduced lysosomal exocytosis but also greatly diminished the surface expression of PLP in oligodendrocytes. In addition, knockdown of Rab27b reduced the myelin-like membranes induced by co-culture of oligodendrocytes and neurons. Our data suggest that Rab27b is involved in myelin biogenesis by regulating PLP transport from late endosomes/ lysosomes to the cell membrane in oligodendrocytes.展开更多

However, the evolution of microemulsions in the gastrointestinal tract is still poorly characterized,especially the structural change of microemulsions under the effect of lipase and mucus. To better understand the fate of microemulsions in the gastrointestinal tract, we applied small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) and fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET) to monitor the structural change of microemulsions under the effect of lipolysis and mucus. First, the effect of lipolysis on microemulsions was studied by SAXS, which found the generation of liquid crystalline phases. Meanwhile, FRET spectra indicated micelles with smaller particle sizes were generated during lipolysis, which could be affected by CaCl_2, bile salts and lecithin. Then, the effect of mucus on the structural change of lipolysed microemulsions was studied. The results of SAXS and FRET indicated that the liquid crystalline phases disappeared, and more micelles were generated. In summary, we studied the structural change of microemulsions in simulated gastrointestinal conditions by SAXS and FRET, and successfully monitored the appearance and disappearance of the liquid crystalline phases and micelles.展开更多
A new type of cooling stave with internal ribbed tube was proposed,and the heat transfer performance of the stave was studied by means of thermal test and numerical simulation.The temperature of cooling stave was moni...A new type of cooling stave with internal ribbed tube was proposed,and the heat transfer performance of the stave was studied by means of thermal test and numerical simulation.The temperature of cooling stave was monitored in the conditions of furnace gas temperature of 200-700 C and cooling water velocity of 0.2-1.0 m/s.The thermal test results show that the internal rib structure can form swirl in the water pipe and improve the cooling capacity of the cooling stave.The higher the furnace temperature or the lower the cooling water flow rate,the more obvious the advantage of the cooling stave with internal ribbed tube.The mathematical model of the cooling stave with internal ribbed tube was established by FLUENT software,and the influence of the internal rib structure parameters on the heat transfer performance of the cooling stave was discussed.It is suggested that the parameters of the internal ribbed tube should be 4 ribs,1 mm in height,5-7 mm in width,and 20-30 mm in lead.In the same common working conditions of the cooling stave,the maximum temperature of the newly designed cooling stave with internal ribbed tube is reduced by 5.6%compared with that of common cooling stave with round tube.The water flow rate in the internal ribbed tube only needs 0.9 m/s to reach the cooling effect of 2 m/s in the common tube cooling stave,which can save 55%of water.In case of water shortage accident of cooling stave,the maximum temperature of the cooling stave with internal ribbed tube is decreased by 22.4%compared with that of common round tube,which can effectively reduce the harm of water shortage and protect the cooling stave.展开更多

文摘Background:In order to investigate the possible pharmacological mechanism of digallate in Galla Chinensis for treating enteritis,providing reference for the search and exploration of effective drugs for treating enteritis.Method:Traditional Chinese Medicines Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform,PharmMapper,DisGeNET,DrugBank,and GeneCards databases were used to obtain drug and disease-related target information.Gene ontology functional annotation and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment were performed,and the main therapeutic pathways and targets were identified by combining protein-protein interaction networks and cytoHubba plug-in.Molecular docking was used to validate the results.Result:297 drug related targets,2436 disease related targets,and 66 target points related to digallate were predicted to be associated with enteritis.10 related signal pathways and 10 key genes were identified.Conclusion:Digallate may be utilized to treat enteritis by acting on similar pathways,such those related to pathways in cancer,lipid and atherosclerosis,proteoglycans in cancer,Rap1 signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and other targets such as IGF1,EGFR,SRC,IGF1R,PPARG.

文摘Our previous studies have shown that long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)H19 is upregulated in injured rat sciatic nerve during the process of Wallerian degeneration,and that it promotes the migration of Schwann cells and slows down the growth of dorsal root ganglion axons.However,the mechanism by which lncRNA H19 regulates neural repair and regeneration after peripheral nerve injury remains unclear.In this study,we established a Sprague-Dawley rat model of sciatic nerve transection injury.We performed in situ hybridization and found that at 4–7 days after sciatic nerve injury,lncRNA H19 was highly expressed.At 14 days before injury,adeno-associated virus was intrathecally injected into the L4–L5 foramina to disrupt or overexpress lncRNA H19.After overexpression of lncRNA H19,the growth of newly formed axons from the sciatic nerve was inhibited,whereas myelination was enhanced.Then,we performed gait analysis and thermal pain analysis to evaluate rat behavior.We found that lncRNA H19 overexpression delayed the recovery of rat behavior function,whereas interfering with lncRNA H19 expression improved functional recovery.Finally,we examined the expression of lncRNA H19 downstream target SEMA6D,and found that after lncRNA H19 overexpression,the SEMA6D protein level was increased.These findings suggest that lncRNA H19 regulates peripheral nerve degeneration and regeneration through activating SEMA6D in injured nerves.This provides a new clue to understand the role of lncRNA H19 in peripheral nerve degeneration and regeneration.

文摘Azvudine(FNC)is a nucleotide inhibitor with a wide antiviral drug.Azvudine was available for the treatment of HIV and corona virus disease(COVID-19)in 2019,but its efficacy and mechanism of action for the treatment of COVID-19 have not been evaluated.PharmMapper was used to predict 287 potentially relevant targets,and the OMIM and GeneCards databases yielded 2468 potential related targets.COVID-19 is linked to 72 FNC-related targets.Using gene ontology(GO)functional annotation and kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment,binding protein-protein interaction(PPI)networks and cytoHubba plug-ins,10 relevant signaling pathways(Lipid and atherosclerosis,Pathways in cancer,Coronavirus disease COVID-19,T cell receptor signaling pathway,and so on.)and 10 hub genes were identified.FNC was shown to interact with MMP9,ALB,AKT1,EGFR,HRAS,MAPK14,MAPK8,PPARG,RHOA and NOS3 via molecular docking.This work investigated the key routes and targets of FNC in the treatment of COVID-19,as well as the possible anti-COVID-19 and anti-tumor targets and related signaling pathways of FNC,which provided references for us to locate and explore effective COVID-19 medications.

文摘The Poisson point process(PPP) has been widely used in wireless network modeling and performance analysis due to the independence between its nodes. Therefore, it may not be a suitable model for many of the exclusive networks between the nodes. This paper analyzes the energy efficiency(EE) and optimizes the two-tier heterogeneous cellular networks(Het Nets). Considering the mutual exclusion between macro base stations(MBSs) distribution, the deployment of MBSs is modeled by the Matérn hard-core point process(MHCPP), and the deployment of pico base stations(PBSs) is modeled by the PPP. We adopt a simple approximation method to study the signal to interference ratio(SIR) distribution in two-tier MHCPP-PPP networks and then derive the coverage probabilities, the average data rates and the energy efficiency of Het Nets. Finally, an optimization algorithm is proposed to improve the EE of Het Nets by controlling the transmit power of PBSs. The simulation results show that the EE of a system can be effectively improved by selecting the appropriate transmit power for the PBSs. In addition, two-tier MHCPP-PPP Het Nets have higher energy efficiency than two-tier PPP-PPP Het Nets.

文摘This paper solves an energy-efficient optimization problem of a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) assisted full-duplex mobile relaying in maritime communication environments.Taking the speed and the acceleration of the UAV and the information-causality constraints into consideration,the energy-efficiency of the system under investigation is maximized by jointly optimizing the UAV’s trajectory and the individual transmit power levels of the source and the UAV relay nodes.The optimization problem is non-convex and thus cannot be solved directly.Therefore,it is decoupled into two subproblems.One sub-problem is for the transmit power control at the source and the UAV relay nodes,and the other aims at optimizing the UAV s flight trajectory.By using the Lagrangian dual and Dinkelbach methods,the two sub-problems are solved,leading to an iterative algorithm for the joint design of transmit power control and trajectory optimization.Computer simulations demonstrated that by conducting the proposed algorithm,the flight trajectory of the UAV and the individual transmit power levels of the nodes can be flexibly adjusted according to the system conditions,and the proposed algorithm can achieve signiflcantly higher energy efficiency as compared with the other benchmark schemes.

文摘With the development of society and the progress of technology,more and more ocean activities are carried out.It results in booming of deep-sea diving.The use of helium-oxygen mixture(as a kind of breathing gas)solves the physiological problems of divers in saturated diving,but it brings about the Heliumspeech voice communication problem,the drop of speech intelligibility.There is no doubt that the effective speech communication must be provided for supporting the life and work of divers in deep-sea.This paper describes the mechanism of forming heliumspeech,discusses the effects of pressure and helium environment on the speech spectrum,compares the pros and cons of the time-domain and frequency-domain unscrambling techniques,shows the challenges in heliumspeech communications.Finally,it briefly introduces the deep learning,and points out that deep learning/machine learning may be a perfectly unscrambling technique.

文摘Cognitive emergency communication net-works can meet the requirements of large capac-ity,high density and low delay in emergency com-munications.This paper analyzes the properties of emergency users in cognitive emergency communi-cation networks,designs a multi-objective optimiza-tion and proposes a novel multi-objective bacterial foraging optimization algorithm based on effective area(MOBFO-EA)to maximize the transmission rate while maximizing the lifecycle of the network.In the algorithm,the effective area is proposed to prevent the algorithm from falling into a local optimum,and the diversity and uniformity of the Pareto-optimal solu-tions distributed in the effective area are used to eval-uate the optimization algorithm.Then,the dynamic preservation is used to enhance the competitiveness of excellent individuals and the uniformity and diversity of the Pareto-optimal solutions in the effective area.Finally,the adaptive step size,adaptive moving direc-tion and inertial weight are used to shorten the search time of bacteria and accelerate the optimization con-vergence.The simulation results show that the pro-posed MOBFO-EA algorithm improves the efficiency of the Pareto-optimal solutions by approximately 55%compared with the MOPSO algorithm and by approx-imately 60%compared with the MOBFO algorithm and has the fastest and smoothest convergence.

文摘In this paper, we investigate the control of the molecular wave packet of a linear molecule by two femtosecond laser pulses. It is shown that the odd and the even rotational wave packets created by a single laser pulse can be selectively excited by accurately controlling the time delay of another laser pulse. By inserting the peak of the second laser pulse at the position of maximum or minimum value around quarter or three quarter rotational period of the slope curve with odd (or even) rotational wave packet contribution that is created by the first laser pulse, the odd rotational wave packet can be enhanced (or suppressed) while the even rotational wave packet is suppressed (or enhanced). As a result, the molecular alignments around quarter and three quarter rotational periods can be obtained. Moreover, it is also shown that by inserting the second laser pulse around the quarter or three quarter rotational periods, the changes in the maximum degree of the molecular alignment for the odd and the even rotational wave packet contributions are consistent with their corresponding slope curves at these positions.
文摘The dispersion of Langmuir wave(LW)in an unmagnetized collisionless plasma with regularized Kappa distributed electrons is investigated from the kinetic theory.The frequency and damping rate of LW are analyzed for the parameters relating to the source region of a typeⅢsolar radio burst.It is found that the linear behavior of LW is greatly modified by the suprathermal indexκand the exponential cutoff parameterα.In the regionκ<1.5,the damping rate of LW will be much larger than the one with Maxwellian distributed electrons.Hence,the nonlinear process of LW in lowκregion may exhibit different properties in comparison with the one in largeκregion.

文摘In this paper, we investigate a joint beamforming and time switching(TS) design for an energy-constrained cognitive two-way relay(TWR) network. In the network, the energy-constrained secondary user(SU) relay employs TS protocol to harvest energy from the signals sent by the circuit-powered primary user(PU) transmitter, and then exploits the harvested energy to perform information forwarding. Our aim is to maximize the sum rate of SUs under the constraints of the data rate of PU, the energy harvesting and the transmit power of the SU relay. To determine the beamforming matrix and TS ratio, we decouple the original non-convex problem into two subproblems which can be solved by semidefinite relaxation and successive convex optimization methods. Furthermore, we derive closed form expressions of the optimal solutions for each subproblem, which facilitates the design of a suboptimal iterative algorithm to handle the original sum rate maximization problem. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and superior performance of the proposed joint design against other conventional schemes in the literature.

文摘Energy efficiency(EE) of cellular networks has attracted considerable attention recently. However, EE of relay-assisted cellular networks where the macro base stations(MBSs) are equipped with the multi-antenna has not been thoroughly addressed. This paper considered the downlink transmission of multi-antenna relay-assisted cellular networks, meanwhile, a strategic sleep scheme was used in relay stations(RSs), which dynamically adjusted the RS working mode according to whether the number of users serviced by the relay exceeds a given threshold. A geometric model was built to derive the coverage probability and mean achievable rate from the MBSs to user(UE), the MBS to RS, the RS to UE links and analyze the system EE. It is shown that the energy efficiency of cellular network with strategic sleep RS is slightly higher than that of cellular network with non-sleeping strategy. Furthermore, the MBS equipped with multi-antenna has better impact on energy efficiency and spectral efficiency than the MBS with single antenna.

文摘Objective:By the method of network pharmacology to study the main active compounds,main target genes,critical path and mechanism of the two classical Chinese herbs Chenpi-Banxia in the treatment of Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction(CMD).Methods:Obtaining potential active compounds of Chenpi-Banxia from TCMSP,while the targets for CMD were obtained from DrugBank and OMIM databases.Using UniProt database to query the corresponding gene name.The key target of Chenpi-Banxia in the treatment of Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction can be obtained by using the intersection of VENNY.The PPI network was screened for the major targets by String and Cytoscape3.7.1.The GO enrichment analysis and KEGG Pathway analyses of major targets were performed by using the DAVID database and use Binformatics to draw bubble map.Finally,the ingredient-major arget-key pathway network was constructed by Cytoscape3.7.1.Results:There were 16 compounds such as naringenin,nobiletin,baicalein.beta-sitosterol etc,and 56 predictive target genes such as AKT1、VEGFA、BCL2、BAX、JUN etc,as well as 20 key pathways including inflammation-related pathway(TNF signaling pathway),pathways related to cardiovascular system(PI3K-Akt signaling pathway),Vascular endothelial growth factor signaling pathway(VEGF signaling pathway),Apoptosis related pathways(Apoptosis)and Hypoxia cell stress signaling pathway(HIF-1 signaling pathway)in the Compounds-Target-Pathway network.Conclusion:The study verified the characteristics of multi-components,multi-targets and integral regulation for Chenpi-Banxia with the application of network pharmacology.It predicted that Chenpi-Banxia couldtreat Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction mainly by protecting endothelial cell function of coronary microcirculation,inhibiting cell apoptosis and affecting inflammatory reaction.
文摘BACKGROUND Acute pancreatitis(AP),as a common acute abdomen disease,has a high incidence rate worldwide and is often accompanied by severe complications.Negative emotions lead to increased secretion of stress hormones,elevated blood sugar levels,and enhanced insulin resistance,which in turn increases the risk of AP and significantly affects the patient's quality of life.Therefore,exploring the intervention effects of narrative nursing programs on the negative emotions of patients with AP is not only helpful in alleviating psychological stress and improving quality of life but also has significant implications for improving disease outcomes and prognosis.AIM To construct a narrative nursing model for negative emotions in patients with AP and verify its efficacy in application.METHODS Through Delphi expert consultation,a narrative nursing model for negative emotions in patients with AP was constructed.A non-randomized quasi-experimental study design was used in this study.A total of 92 patients with AP with negative emotions admitted to a tertiary hospital in Nantong City of Jiangsu Province,China from September 2022 to August 2023 were recruited by convenience sampling,among whom 46 patients admitted from September 2022 to February 2023 were included in the observation group,and 46 patients from March to August 2023 were selected as control group.The observation group received narrative nursing plan,while the control group was given with routine nursing.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),positive and negative affect scale(PANAS),caring behavior scale,patient satisfaction scale and 36-item short form health survey questionnaire(SF-36)were used to evaluate their emotions,satisfaction and caring behaviors in the two groups on the day of discharge,1-and 3-month following discharge.RESULTS According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 45 cases in the intervention group and 44 cases in the control group eventually recruited and completed in the study.On the day of discharge,the intervention group showed significantly lower scores of SAS,SDS and negative emotion(28.57±4.52 vs 17.4±4.44,P<0.001),whereas evidently higher outcomes in the positive emotion score,Caring behavior scale score and satisfaction score compared to the control group(P<0.05).Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that significant between-group differences were found in time effect,inter-group effect and interaction effect of SAS and PANAS scores as well as in time effect and inter-group effect of SF-36 scores(P<0.05);the SF-36 scores of two groups at 3 months after discharge were higher than those at 1 month after discharge(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The application of narrative nursing protocols has demonstrated significant effectiveness in alleviating anxiety,ameliorating negative emotions,and enhancing satisfaction among patients with AP.

文摘Myelination by oligodendrocytes in the central nervous system requires coordinated exocytosis and endocytosis of the major myelin protein, proteolipid protein (PLP). Here, we demonstrated that a small GTPase, Rab27b, is involved in PLP trafficking in oligodendrocytes. We showed that PLP co-localized with Rab27b in late endosomes/lysosomes in oligodendrocytes. Short hairpin- mediated knockdown of Rab27b not only reduced lysosomal exocytosis but also greatly diminished the surface expression of PLP in oligodendrocytes. In addition, knockdown of Rab27b reduced the myelin-like membranes induced by co-culture of oligodendrocytes and neurons. Our data suggest that Rab27b is involved in myelin biogenesis by regulating PLP transport from late endosomes/ lysosomes to the cell membrane in oligodendrocytes.

文摘Microemulsions are promising drug delivery systems for the oral administration of poorly watersoluble drugs. However, the evolution of microemulsions in the gastrointestinal tract is still poorly characterized,especially the structural change of microemulsions under the effect of lipase and mucus. To better understand the fate of microemulsions in the gastrointestinal tract, we applied small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) and fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET) to monitor the structural change of microemulsions under the effect of lipolysis and mucus. First, the effect of lipolysis on microemulsions was studied by SAXS, which found the generation of liquid crystalline phases. Meanwhile, FRET spectra indicated micelles with smaller particle sizes were generated during lipolysis, which could be affected by CaCl_2, bile salts and lecithin. Then, the effect of mucus on the structural change of lipolysed microemulsions was studied. The results of SAXS and FRET indicated that the liquid crystalline phases disappeared, and more micelles were generated. In summary, we studied the structural change of microemulsions in simulated gastrointestinal conditions by SAXS and FRET, and successfully monitored the appearance and disappearance of the liquid crystalline phases and micelles.

文摘A new type of cooling stave with internal ribbed tube was proposed,and the heat transfer performance of the stave was studied by means of thermal test and numerical simulation.The temperature of cooling stave was monitored in the conditions of furnace gas temperature of 200-700 C and cooling water velocity of 0.2-1.0 m/s.The thermal test results show that the internal rib structure can form swirl in the water pipe and improve the cooling capacity of the cooling stave.The higher the furnace temperature or the lower the cooling water flow rate,the more obvious the advantage of the cooling stave with internal ribbed tube.The mathematical model of the cooling stave with internal ribbed tube was established by FLUENT software,and the influence of the internal rib structure parameters on the heat transfer performance of the cooling stave was discussed.It is suggested that the parameters of the internal ribbed tube should be 4 ribs,1 mm in height,5-7 mm in width,and 20-30 mm in lead.In the same common working conditions of the cooling stave,the maximum temperature of the newly designed cooling stave with internal ribbed tube is reduced by 5.6%compared with that of common cooling stave with round tube.The water flow rate in the internal ribbed tube only needs 0.9 m/s to reach the cooling effect of 2 m/s in the common tube cooling stave,which can save 55%of water.In case of water shortage accident of cooling stave,the maximum temperature of the cooling stave with internal ribbed tube is decreased by 22.4%compared with that of common round tube,which can effectively reduce the harm of water shortage and protect the cooling stave.
