Study on ascending mining roadway layout of close distance coal seams in deep mine

To solve the problems appeared in mining process of No.2 seam, the ascending stress-releasing mining method was adopted. Studying on the reasonable layout of actual mining roadway in upper coal seams is the precondition of successful ascending mining. By using "device of leak measuring by blocking up double ends", it detected the height of overburden water flowing fractured zone originated from sub-coal seams mining. Thus it proved that the actual mining roadway of No.2 upper ascending seam was located in the smooth sagging zone. On the basis of analyzing the stress-releasing effect of sub-coal seams mining to upper coal seams by using RFPA software, it analyzed the stability of up-face coal seams and the reasonable location of starting cut in up-face coal seams. It also analyzed the reasonable gateway location in upper coal seams, which ensured the crossheading in upper coal seams out of the effect of sub-coal work face mining by using theory of underground pressure. Meanwhile, the reasonable pillars dimensions in upper coal seams by building the structure mechanics model of stope were researched. It can make the roadway driven along next goaf to be located in low stress zone, and be beneficial to keeping roads stable owing to less stress of surrounding rock. Finally, it tested the rationality of the layout method of roads in upper coal seams by engineering field measurement in 3221 working face. 展开更多

In order to prevent spontaneous coal combustion occurring at a fully mechanized caving face with large obliquity in deep mines in China, we have analyzed the characteristics of spontaneous coal combustion and explain theoretically the factors affecting spontaneous coal combustion, such as rock bursts, high temperatures, high ventilation resistance, slow advancing speed and large obliquity mining. Key technologies to prevent spontaneous combustion occurring in sharply inclined seams in deep mines are pro- posed; these include pouring water, stopping leakage in upper and lower comers of the working face, choking off the goaf and cov- eting the coal. CO concentrations were controlled within two years to less than 15×10^-6 at the upper comer by applying these tech- nologies at the 1410 working face of the Huafeng coal mine. Our method has significant theoretical value and is of practical impor- tance in controlling spontaneous coal combustion occurring at a fully mechanized caving face with large obliquity in deep mines. 展开更多

By studying the influence rule and influence scope of dynamic pressure of main roadway wall rock because of fully mechanized coal face extracting, that the size of rock pillar was the key of affecting wall rock distorting was proposed. Quartz-vein-type copper deposits were discovered in SN-trend ore-bearing structures in north-west Dayaoshan,Guangxi.Lack of reports on the precise metallogenic age of these deposit has become a bottleneck in metallogenic research in this area.In this study,the quartz vein-type copper mine in Longwei area of Jinxiu was selected as the research object.Fresh illite samples in the fault gouges and ore samples were collected for testing and analysis.Based on the Re-Os isotope dating study,the age of pyrite isochron,belonging to the Caledonian period,was determined to be 417±25 Ma,whereas that of chalcopyrite isochron belonging to the Indosinian period,was found to be 243±18 Ma.Pyrite crystallized considerably earlier than chalcopyrite.The obtained EPMA data were combined with rock mineralogical analysis data,Metasomatous mineral pyrite and metasomatic mineral chalcopyrite were identified to have originated from different hydrothermal systems.In the Indosinian period,copper deposits in the Longwei area underwent pyrite crystallization,pyrite fragmentation,copper-bearing hydrothermal filling,and metasomatism,consolidating and forming minerals.The study determined the mineralisation time and ore sources of copper deposits in the Longwei area.The study provides evidence for the existence of Indosinian hydrothermal activities in the north-western Dayaoshan area. 展开更多

Brought forward the conception of conventional MS monitoring, and described the different monitoring ranges of frequencies and magnitude about earthquake and conventional MS monitoring and MS monitoring in detail. The monitoring results received by the Polish ARAMIS M/E monitoring system and the monitodng instrument designed by the author's research group in the same colliery show that the events amount received by conventional MS monitoring instrument which is only about 1/20 of the MS monitoring events, and it can only describe violent activity in larger range and be only applied to monitor hard and thick surrounding rock under mine. Meanwhile the small scale and high precision MS monitoring instrument can receive a lot of low rock fracturing signals, which can actualize the rock movement inversion and precisely descdbe 4-D changes of stress fields, and depend on the observed results we can determine the upper limits of mining and describe S-shaped strata spatial structure and high stress field in Iongwall face surrounded by two sides mined areas. 展开更多
