Recently,deep learning-based image inpainting methods have made great strides in reconstructing damaged regions.However,these methods often struggle to produce satisfactory results when dealing with missing images wit...Recently,deep learning-based image inpainting methods have made great strides in reconstructing damaged regions.However,these methods often struggle to produce satisfactory results when dealing with missing images with large holes,leading to distortions in the structure and blurring of textures.To address these problems,we combine the advantages of transformers and convolutions to propose an image inpainting method that incorporates edge priors and attention mechanisms.The proposed method aims to improve the results of inpainting large holes in images by enhancing the accuracy of structure restoration and the ability to recover texture details.This method divides the inpainting task into two phases:edge prediction and image inpainting.Specifically,in the edge prediction phase,a transformer architecture is designed to combine axial attention with standard self-attention.This design enhances the extraction capability of global structural features and location awareness.It also balances the complexity of self-attention operations,resulting in accurate prediction of the edge structure in the defective region.In the image inpainting phase,a multi-scale fusion attention module is introduced.This module makes full use of multi-level distant features and enhances local pixel continuity,thereby significantly improving the quality of image inpainting.To evaluate the performance of our method.comparative experiments are conducted on several datasets,including CelebA,Places2,and Facade.Quantitative experiments show that our method outperforms the other mainstream methods.Specifically,it improves Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR)and Structure Similarity Index Measure(SSIM)by 1.141~3.234 db and 0.083~0.235,respectively.Moreover,it reduces Learning Perceptual Image Patch Similarity(LPIPS)and Mean Absolute Error(MAE)by 0.0347~0.1753 and 0.0104~0.0402,respectively.Qualitative experiments reveal that our method excels at reconstructing images with complete structural information and clear texture details.Furthermore,our model exhibits impressive performance in terms of the number of parameters,memory cost,and testing time.展开更多

The support vector machine(SVM)is a classical machine learning method.Both the hinge loss and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)penalty are usually used in traditional SVMs.However,the hinge loss i...The support vector machine(SVM)is a classical machine learning method.Both the hinge loss and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)penalty are usually used in traditional SVMs.However,the hinge loss is not differentiable,and the LASSO penalty does not have the Oracle property.In this paper,the huberized loss is combined with non-convex penalties to obtain a model that has the advantages of both the computational simplicity and the Oracle property,contributing to higher accuracy than traditional SVMs.It is experimentally demonstrated that the two non-convex huberized-SVM methods,smoothly clipped absolute deviation huberized-SVM(SCAD-HSVM)and minimax concave penalty huberized-SVM(MCP-HSVM),outperform the traditional SVM method in terms of the prediction accuracy and classifier performance.They are also superior in terms of variable selection,especially when there is a high linear correlation between the variables.When they are applied to the prediction of listed companies,the variables that can affect and predict financial distress are accurately filtered out.Among all the indicators,the indicators per share have the greatest influence while those of solvency have the weakest influence.Listed companies can assess the financial situation with the indicators screened by our algorithm and make an early warning of their possible financial distress in advance with higher precision.展开更多
BACKGROUND Sport help promote healthy physical and mental development of high school students.To date,there have been few studies on the effect of sport on school adaptability,resilience and cell phone addiction tende...BACKGROUND Sport help promote healthy physical and mental development of high school students.To date,there have been few studies on the effect of sport on school adaptability,resilience and cell phone addiction tendency of high school students.AIM To explore the effects of sports on school adaptability,resilience and cell phone addiction of high school students.METHODS A stratified random sampling method was used to select 600 students from two high schools in Lhasa,and Physical Activity Rating Scale,School Adjustment Scale for High School Students,Chinese Adolescents Resilience Scale,and Mobile Phone Addiction Index were used for field questionnaire survey.RESULTS Sport was positively correlated with school adaptability and resilience(P<0.01),school adaptability was positively correlated with resilience(P<0.01)and cell phone addiction was negatively correlated with sports,school adaptability and resilience(P<0.01).The direct effect of sport on cell phone addiction was significant(P<0.001),accounting for 20.51%of the total effect.The mediating effect of school adaptability on sport and cell phone addiction was significant(P<0.001),accounting for 17.38%and 35.36%of the total effect value,respectively.School adjustment and resilience had a significant chain-mediated effect on sport and cell phone addiction(P<0.001),accounting for 26.75%of the total effect.CONCLUSION Sport affected the cell phone addiction tendency of senior high school students through the mediating effect of school adaptability and resilience,and through the chain mediation effect of both.展开更多

The sparse mobile devices, assisted with the solar-powered multi-functional standing stations mainly on networking maintenance and routing arrangement, self-organize into a MANET. The topology of the standing stations is designed for networking robust and to simplify the routing method and energy strategy. Then in the OMNe T++(Objective Modular Network Test bed in C++) simulation, the energy consumption is analysis while adjusting routing with the different energy status of the standing stations. The result shows that the standing stations should adjust routing as well as control the mobile devices' activity level according to the energy states of the standing stations and their adjacent mobile devices.展开更多

OBJECTIVE Since the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak in December 2019,the search for a potential treatment for COVID-19 has been a constant focus.Therefore,we identified potential treatments for COVID-19 fro...OBJECTIVE Since the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak in December 2019,the search for a potential treatment for COVID-19 has been a constant focus.Therefore,we identified potential treatments for COVID-19 from Hippophae Fructus,a Tibetan medicine that may act on COVID-19,using a network pharmacology approach.METHODS We collected the chemical constituents and corresponding targets of Hippophae Fructus from traditional Chinese medicine system pharmacology(TCMSP).COVID-19 related genes were predicted in pubmed-Gene,OMIM and GeneCards databases.Then,protein-protein interactions(PPIs)of key genes were analyzed by STRING database.Compound-target-diseases network was constructed using Cytoscape software.The potential pathways were determined by Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analyses.Additionally,molecular docking was used to verify the binding effect between the active component and the target.RESULTS A total of 33 components and 192 corresponding targets in Hippophae Fructus were found.50 genes were obtained from the intersection of component targets and disease targets.These genes include IL-6,TNF,MAPK8 and PTGS2,which regulate several pathways associated with COVID-19,involving Hepatitis B,Influenza A,TNF signaling pathway and Tuberculosis.More importantly,high-node compounds such as quercetin and beta-sitosterol can well bind to key targets.CONCLUSION Some components in Hippophae Fructus can act on COVID-19 related genes and regulate multiple pathways.Perhaps Hippophae Fructus has the effect in treating COVID-19.展开更多
OBJECTIVE The specificity of drug therapy in individuals and races has promoted the development and improvement of pharmacogenomics and precision medicine.While there is a few cognition on the minorities in China,espe...OBJECTIVE The specificity of drug therapy in individuals and races has promoted the development and improvement of pharmacogenomics and precision medicine.While there is a few cognition on the minorities in China,especially in Lisu nationality from the Yunnan province.Therefore,we performed the research to improve the role of pharmacogenomics in the Lisu population from the Yunnan province of China.METHODS 54 variants of very important pharmacogenes selected from the PharmGKB database were genotyped in 199 unrelated and healthy Lisu adults from the Yunnan province of China,and then,genotyping data wtih χ^(2) test were analyzed.RESULTS We compared our data with those of other 26 populations from the 1000 Genomes Project,and acquired that the Lisu ethnicity is similar with the CDX(Chinese Dai in Xishuangbanna,China)and CHS(Southern Han Chinese,China).Furthermore,rs776746(CYP3A5),rs1805123(KCNH2),rs4291(ACE),rs1051298(SLC19A1)and rs1065852(CYP2D6)were deemed as the most varying loci.The MAF of“G”at rs1805123(KCNH2)in the Lisu population was the largest with the value of 51.0%.CONCLUSION There are significant differences in single nucleotide polymorphism loci,supplementing the pharmacogenomic information of the Lisu population in Yunnan province,China,and can provide a theoretical basis for individualized medication in the future.展开更多
OBJECTIVE To investigate whether Renqing Changjue has a protective effect on acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)induced by endotoxin lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in rabbits.METHODS Thirty-six healthy male New Zealand ...OBJECTIVE To investigate whether Renqing Changjue has a protective effect on acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)induced by endotoxin lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in rabbits.METHODS Thirty-six healthy male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into six groups:normal control group,model group,dexamethasone group,Renqing Changjue high,middle and low dose group,with six rabbits in each group.LPS was used to replicate the ARDS model after five consecutive days of gavage.Arterial pressure,respiratory rate and anal temperature blood were recorded for arterial blood gas analysis at 0,0.5,1,2 and 4 h,respectively.At the end of the four-hour experiment,rabbits were killed by bloodletting,and the lung tissue was quickly removed to determine the cytokines,SOD,MDA and pathological examination of rabbit lung.RESULTS Renqing Changjue can significantly reduce the pathological changes of lung in ARDS model group.The expression of AQP1 and MPO in rabbit lung was significantly decreased by immunohistochemistry(P<0.05),reduce the lung wet/dry weight ratio,increase the ratio of PaO_(2)/FiO_(2),inhibit the release of inflammatory factors and scavenge free radicals and antioxidant effects.CONCLUSION Renqing Changjue can effectively protect rabbits with acute respiratory distress syndrome induced by LPS,and may protect the lung by inhibiting the release of cytokines and anti-oxidation.展开更多
Objective:To observe the effects of different hypoxia time on hematology and histomorphology of rats by simulating the environment of 7000m altitude,and to provide the basis for the establishment of acute hypoxia mode...Objective:To observe the effects of different hypoxia time on hematology and histomorphology of rats by simulating the environment of 7000m altitude,and to provide the basis for the establishment of acute hypoxia model.Methods:40 SD rats were randomly divided into 0h hypoxia group,6h,12h,24h,and 36h group.The hypoxia environment at 7000m was simulated by low-pressure oxygen chamber.The serum SOD,MDA,LDH biochemical indexes and the morphological changes of HE staining in heart,lung and brain tissues of rats were detected under different hypoxia time.Results:Compared with hypoxia group for 0h,the number of RBC in acute hypoxia group for 6h decreased and increased with the prolongation of hypoxia time,and the highest number of RBC.The WBC,LYMP,GRAN,HGB,HCT and RCT counts of the acute hypoxia group decreased for 6h,and the above indexes increased with the prolongation of hypoxia time.Compared with the 0h hypoxia group,SOD activity in serum decreased at different hypoxia time,and MDA content in the 24h and 36h hypoxia groups showed a fluctuating change and reached a peak at 12h hypoxia.The activity of LDH fluctuated,and reached the peak at 12hLDH after hypoxia,and then gradually decreased.He staining of the brain tissue of the heart and lung,which was close to normal after hypoxia for 36h,showed that with the prolongation of the hypoxia time,the damage degree of each organ increased continuously.Interstitial pneumonia or perivasculitis occurred in the lung,and perivascular edema and pulmonary interstitial widening were observed.Cardiac tissue showed obvious degeneration and necrosis of cardiomyocytes,lysis and necrosis of local myocardial interstitium and valve fibers.A large number of inflammatory cells could be seen infiltrating into the brain tissue in the CA2 CA3 DG region.The neuron cells were denatuated,the cell volume was reduced,basophilic was enhanced,and the nerve cells were triangular.The cells were pyknotic and basophilic,with a few transverse axis structures.Conclusion:acute low pressure hypoxia can cause red blood cells white blood cells within 6 h number of platelets Hemoglobin concentrations were lower,as after hypoxia prolonged period of count increased serum biochemical index SOD activity were lower,the content of MDA and activity of LDH outer-plane changes Can cause heart lung tissue pathological damage,and increased with prolonged.展开更多

Methods: 92 patients wit...Objective: To explore the effect of intravenous thrombolysis bridge stent combined with aspiration embolectomy on serological indicators in patients with intracranial macrovascular infarction. Methods: 92 patients with intracranial macrovascular infarction who received treatment in our hospital between February 2016 and January 2018 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group (n=46) and the study group (n=46) by random number table method. Control group received stent embolectomy alone, and study group received intravenous thrombolysis bridge stent combined with aspiration embolectomy. The differences in serum levels of inflammatory mediators, chemokines and nerve function-related indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment and 24h after embolectomy. Results: Before treatment, the differences in serum levels of inflammatory mediators, chemokines and nerve function-related indexes were not significant between the two groups. 24h after embolectomy, serum inflammatory mediators sICAM-1, hs-CRP and TNF-α levels of study group were lower than those of control group;serum chemokines CXCL16, Fractalkine and MCP-1 contents were lower than those of control group;serum nerve function-related indexes IGF-1, BDNF and CNTF levels were higher than those of control group whereas NSE level was lower than that of control group. Conclusion:Intravenous thrombolysis bridge stent combined with aspiration embolectomy can effectively reduce the systemic inflammatory response and optimize the nerve function in patients with intracranial macrovascular infarction.展开更多
The projective test is not only helpful to find the potential psychological crisis,but also to overcome the language barrier and make up for the deficiency of the questionnaire test to a certain extent.In this study,4...The projective test is not only helpful to find the potential psychological crisis,but also to overcome the language barrier and make up for the deficiency of the questionnaire test to a certain extent.In this study,403 college students(205 Tibetan students and 198 Han students)from a national college were selected to test their mental health with Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and House-Tree-Person test(HTP).By comparing the results of questionnaire test and drawing projection test,it is found that SCL-90 and HTP test are significantly related to the positive screening results of four factors:Somatization,Depression,Anxiety and Phobic Anxiety.Both HTP test and SCL-90 test results show that the scores of Somatization,Depression,Anxiety and Phobic Anxiety of Tibetan and Han college students were significantly different;the scores of Anxiety and Phobic Anxiety of different gender college students were significantly different.Using HTP test as a supplementary test of questionnaire test can effectively improve the accuracy of screening.展开更多

Objective:To explore new ideas by comparing the individual differences reflected in the paintings of Tibetan and Han college students,in order to better carry out the mental health education of Tibetan college student...Objective:To explore new ideas by comparing the individual differences reflected in the paintings of Tibetan and Han college students,in order to better carry out the mental health education of Tibetan college students to accumulate information.Methods:Firstly,according to the four temperament types,the painting characteristics were classified.Secondly,by comparing and analyzing the painting characteristics of 1221 college students’HTP test(including 704 Han people,517 Tibetan people,403 male students and 818 female students),it is found that there are significant differences in the characteristics of line,disorder degree and facial features emphasis in the paintings of Han and Tibetan college students.Results:There are significant differences between Han and Tibetan college students in Sanguine temperament dimension(t=-5.066,P<0.05).Conclusion:People with different temperament types often have different thinking and behavior styles,Tibetan college students have been influenced by their own culture and traditional habits since they were young,with obvious personality characteristics,therefore,it is better to carry out ideological and political education or psychological assistance on the basis of understanding their psychological and behavioral characteristics and combining their personality characteristics.展开更多

文摘The support vector machine(SVM)is a classical machine learning method.Both the hinge loss and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)penalty are usually used in traditional SVMs.However,the hinge loss is not differentiable,and the LASSO penalty does not have the Oracle property.In this paper,the huberized loss is combined with non-convex penalties to obtain a model that has the advantages of both the computational simplicity and the Oracle property,contributing to higher accuracy than traditional SVMs.It is experimentally demonstrated that the two non-convex huberized-SVM methods,smoothly clipped absolute deviation huberized-SVM(SCAD-HSVM)and minimax concave penalty huberized-SVM(MCP-HSVM),outperform the traditional SVM method in terms of the prediction accuracy and classifier performance.They are also superior in terms of variable selection,especially when there is a high linear correlation between the variables.When they are applied to the prediction of listed companies,the variables that can affect and predict financial distress are accurately filtered out.Among all the indicators,the indicators per share have the greatest influence while those of solvency have the weakest influence.Listed companies can assess the financial situation with the indicators screened by our algorithm and make an early warning of their possible financial distress in advance with higher precision.

文摘BACKGROUND Sport help promote healthy physical and mental development of high school students.To date,there have been few studies on the effect of sport on school adaptability,resilience and cell phone addiction tendency of high school students.AIM To explore the effects of sports on school adaptability,resilience and cell phone addiction of high school students.METHODS A stratified random sampling method was used to select 600 students from two high schools in Lhasa,and Physical Activity Rating Scale,School Adjustment Scale for High School Students,Chinese Adolescents Resilience Scale,and Mobile Phone Addiction Index were used for field questionnaire survey.RESULTS Sport was positively correlated with school adaptability and resilience(P<0.01),school adaptability was positively correlated with resilience(P<0.01)and cell phone addiction was negatively correlated with sports,school adaptability and resilience(P<0.01).The direct effect of sport on cell phone addiction was significant(P<0.001),accounting for 20.51%of the total effect.The mediating effect of school adaptability on sport and cell phone addiction was significant(P<0.001),accounting for 17.38%and 35.36%of the total effect value,respectively.School adjustment and resilience had a significant chain-mediated effect on sport and cell phone addiction(P<0.001),accounting for 26.75%of the total effect.CONCLUSION Sport affected the cell phone addiction tendency of senior high school students through the mediating effect of school adaptability and resilience,and through the chain mediation effect of both.

文摘To reduce the network deployment cost and provide voice, message and low rate data services in remote pastoral areas of Tibet effectively, an integrated wireless communication system utilizing MANET(Mobile Ad hoc Network) is proposed. The sparse mobile devices, assisted with the solar-powered multi-functional standing stations mainly on networking maintenance and routing arrangement, self-organize into a MANET. The topology of the standing stations is designed for networking robust and to simplify the routing method and energy strategy. Then in the OMNe T++(Objective Modular Network Test bed in C++) simulation, the energy consumption is analysis while adjusting routing with the different energy status of the standing stations. The result shows that the standing stations should adjust routing as well as control the mobile devices' activity level according to the energy states of the standing stations and their adjacent mobile devices.

文摘In order to seek a transition metal cluster with high ability to adsorb CO molecule, the author performs a density function theory calculation on COScn (n = 2-8, 13) clusters. The results demonstrate that COScn (n = 2-8, 13) clusters have the large adsorption energies of which the values are over 3.6 eV, and the elongations of C-O bond length exceed 20% in most calculated sizes. Adsorbing CO contributes to the improvement of the chemical activity, but reduces the magnetic moment of corresponding Scn cluster.

文摘OBJECTIVE Since the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak in December 2019,the search for a potential treatment for COVID-19 has been a constant focus.Therefore,we identified potential treatments for COVID-19 from Hippophae Fructus,a Tibetan medicine that may act on COVID-19,using a network pharmacology approach.METHODS We collected the chemical constituents and corresponding targets of Hippophae Fructus from traditional Chinese medicine system pharmacology(TCMSP).COVID-19 related genes were predicted in pubmed-Gene,OMIM and GeneCards databases.Then,protein-protein interactions(PPIs)of key genes were analyzed by STRING database.Compound-target-diseases network was constructed using Cytoscape software.The potential pathways were determined by Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analyses.Additionally,molecular docking was used to verify the binding effect between the active component and the target.RESULTS A total of 33 components and 192 corresponding targets in Hippophae Fructus were found.50 genes were obtained from the intersection of component targets and disease targets.These genes include IL-6,TNF,MAPK8 and PTGS2,which regulate several pathways associated with COVID-19,involving Hepatitis B,Influenza A,TNF signaling pathway and Tuberculosis.More importantly,high-node compounds such as quercetin and beta-sitosterol can well bind to key targets.CONCLUSION Some components in Hippophae Fructus can act on COVID-19 related genes and regulate multiple pathways.Perhaps Hippophae Fructus has the effect in treating COVID-19.
文摘OBJECTIVE The specificity of drug therapy in individuals and races has promoted the development and improvement of pharmacogenomics and precision medicine.While there is a few cognition on the minorities in China,especially in Lisu nationality from the Yunnan province.Therefore,we performed the research to improve the role of pharmacogenomics in the Lisu population from the Yunnan province of China.METHODS 54 variants of very important pharmacogenes selected from the PharmGKB database were genotyped in 199 unrelated and healthy Lisu adults from the Yunnan province of China,and then,genotyping data wtih χ^(2) test were analyzed.RESULTS We compared our data with those of other 26 populations from the 1000 Genomes Project,and acquired that the Lisu ethnicity is similar with the CDX(Chinese Dai in Xishuangbanna,China)and CHS(Southern Han Chinese,China).Furthermore,rs776746(CYP3A5),rs1805123(KCNH2),rs4291(ACE),rs1051298(SLC19A1)and rs1065852(CYP2D6)were deemed as the most varying loci.The MAF of“G”at rs1805123(KCNH2)in the Lisu population was the largest with the value of 51.0%.CONCLUSION There are significant differences in single nucleotide polymorphism loci,supplementing the pharmacogenomic information of the Lisu population in Yunnan province,China,and can provide a theoretical basis for individualized medication in the future.

文摘OBJECTIVE To investigate whether Renqing Changjue has a protective effect on acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)induced by endotoxin lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in rabbits.METHODS Thirty-six healthy male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into six groups:normal control group,model group,dexamethasone group,Renqing Changjue high,middle and low dose group,with six rabbits in each group.LPS was used to replicate the ARDS model after five consecutive days of gavage.Arterial pressure,respiratory rate and anal temperature blood were recorded for arterial blood gas analysis at 0,0.5,1,2 and 4 h,respectively.At the end of the four-hour experiment,rabbits were killed by bloodletting,and the lung tissue was quickly removed to determine the cytokines,SOD,MDA and pathological examination of rabbit lung.RESULTS Renqing Changjue can significantly reduce the pathological changes of lung in ARDS model group.The expression of AQP1 and MPO in rabbit lung was significantly decreased by immunohistochemistry(P<0.05),reduce the lung wet/dry weight ratio,increase the ratio of PaO_(2)/FiO_(2),inhibit the release of inflammatory factors and scavenge free radicals and antioxidant effects.CONCLUSION Renqing Changjue can effectively protect rabbits with acute respiratory distress syndrome induced by LPS,and may protect the lung by inhibiting the release of cytokines and anti-oxidation.

文摘Objective:To observe the effects of different hypoxia time on hematology and histomorphology of rats by simulating the environment of 7000m altitude,and to provide the basis for the establishment of acute hypoxia model.Methods:40 SD rats were randomly divided into 0h hypoxia group,6h,12h,24h,and 36h group.The hypoxia environment at 7000m was simulated by low-pressure oxygen chamber.The serum SOD,MDA,LDH biochemical indexes and the morphological changes of HE staining in heart,lung and brain tissues of rats were detected under different hypoxia time.Results:Compared with hypoxia group for 0h,the number of RBC in acute hypoxia group for 6h decreased and increased with the prolongation of hypoxia time,and the highest number of RBC.The WBC,LYMP,GRAN,HGB,HCT and RCT counts of the acute hypoxia group decreased for 6h,and the above indexes increased with the prolongation of hypoxia time.Compared with the 0h hypoxia group,SOD activity in serum decreased at different hypoxia time,and MDA content in the 24h and 36h hypoxia groups showed a fluctuating change and reached a peak at 12h hypoxia.The activity of LDH fluctuated,and reached the peak at 12hLDH after hypoxia,and then gradually decreased.He staining of the brain tissue of the heart and lung,which was close to normal after hypoxia for 36h,showed that with the prolongation of the hypoxia time,the damage degree of each organ increased continuously.Interstitial pneumonia or perivasculitis occurred in the lung,and perivascular edema and pulmonary interstitial widening were observed.Cardiac tissue showed obvious degeneration and necrosis of cardiomyocytes,lysis and necrosis of local myocardial interstitium and valve fibers.A large number of inflammatory cells could be seen infiltrating into the brain tissue in the CA2 CA3 DG region.The neuron cells were denatuated,the cell volume was reduced,basophilic was enhanced,and the nerve cells were triangular.The cells were pyknotic and basophilic,with a few transverse axis structures.Conclusion:acute low pressure hypoxia can cause red blood cells white blood cells within 6 h number of platelets Hemoglobin concentrations were lower,as after hypoxia prolonged period of count increased serum biochemical index SOD activity were lower,the content of MDA and activity of LDH outer-plane changes Can cause heart lung tissue pathological damage,and increased with prolonged.

文摘Qishiwei Zhenzhu Wan(Ranasampel)was included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and consists of 70 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,including Zogta,Margarita,Croci Stigma,Santali Albi Lignum,and Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum,etc.At present,research on the pharmacological effects of Ranasampel is mainly focused on anti-Alzheimer's disease,anti-cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,anti-Parkinson,improving learning and memory ability,and anti-myocardial ischemia.The mechanisms involved include nervous,cardiovascular and other systems.This article systematically expounded the pharmacological effects and mechanism of Ranasampel,in order to provide a certain theoretical reference for its future further research and clinical application.

It mentioned Xizang Minzu University, where I work, several times, which drew me closer to it. I therefore thought of translating the book into Chinese, so that more Chinese readers can learn of the tremendous changes in Tibet since the democratic reform (in 1959) and share the Tibetan people’s joy of a free, happy life under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

文摘Objective: To explore the effect of intravenous thrombolysis bridge stent combined with aspiration embolectomy on serological indicators in patients with intracranial macrovascular infarction. Methods: 92 patients with intracranial macrovascular infarction who received treatment in our hospital between February 2016 and January 2018 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group (n=46) and the study group (n=46) by random number table method. Control group received stent embolectomy alone, and study group received intravenous thrombolysis bridge stent combined with aspiration embolectomy. The differences in serum levels of inflammatory mediators, chemokines and nerve function-related indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment and 24h after embolectomy. Results: Before treatment, the differences in serum levels of inflammatory mediators, chemokines and nerve function-related indexes were not significant between the two groups. 24h after embolectomy, serum inflammatory mediators sICAM-1, hs-CRP and TNF-α levels of study group were lower than those of control group;serum chemokines CXCL16, Fractalkine and MCP-1 contents were lower than those of control group;serum nerve function-related indexes IGF-1, BDNF and CNTF levels were higher than those of control group whereas NSE level was lower than that of control group. Conclusion:Intravenous thrombolysis bridge stent combined with aspiration embolectomy can effectively reduce the systemic inflammatory response and optimize the nerve function in patients with intracranial macrovascular infarction.

文摘The projective test is not only helpful to find the potential psychological crisis,but also to overcome the language barrier and make up for the deficiency of the questionnaire test to a certain extent.In this study,403 college students(205 Tibetan students and 198 Han students)from a national college were selected to test their mental health with Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and House-Tree-Person test(HTP).By comparing the results of questionnaire test and drawing projection test,it is found that SCL-90 and HTP test are significantly related to the positive screening results of four factors:Somatization,Depression,Anxiety and Phobic Anxiety.Both HTP test and SCL-90 test results show that the scores of Somatization,Depression,Anxiety and Phobic Anxiety of Tibetan and Han college students were significantly different;the scores of Anxiety and Phobic Anxiety of different gender college students were significantly different.Using HTP test as a supplementary test of questionnaire test can effectively improve the accuracy of screening.

文摘Objective:To explore new ideas by comparing the individual differences reflected in the paintings of Tibetan and Han college students,in order to better carry out the mental health education of Tibetan college students to accumulate information.Methods:Firstly,according to the four temperament types,the painting characteristics were classified.Secondly,by comparing and analyzing the painting characteristics of 1221 college students’HTP test(including 704 Han people,517 Tibetan people,403 male students and 818 female students),it is found that there are significant differences in the characteristics of line,disorder degree and facial features emphasis in the paintings of Han and Tibetan college students.Results:There are significant differences between Han and Tibetan college students in Sanguine temperament dimension(t=-5.066,P<0.05).Conclusion:People with different temperament types often have different thinking and behavior styles,Tibetan college students have been influenced by their own culture and traditional habits since they were young,with obvious personality characteristics,therefore,it is better to carry out ideological and political education or psychological assistance on the basis of understanding their psychological and behavioral characteristics and combining their personality characteristics.
