用现代药理学方法研究中草药作用

为使中草药能更合理的用于现代医疗,有必要根据中医药理论对中草药进行现代药理学研究。特定指标研究是以中草药治病为基础,从经验出发,见效快,但易漏筛新药。无特定指标研究适用于那些在中医临床上还不明确适应症的中草药,有一定的盲目性和偶然性,见效慢但不易漏筛新药,在以慢性代谢性疾病和脏器疾病为研究中心,并逐渐和机体内部整体功能联系起来的当前,生物化学研究对解决中草药这种传统的药物是如何对机体产生作用的问题,可能会得到进一步的解释。
