Research on the Applications of Advanced Mathematics on Mathematical Modeling and the Inner Connections with Linear Algebra and Probability Statistics

In this paper, we conduct research on the applications of advanced mathematics on the mathematical modeling and the inner connections with linear algebra and the probability statistics. Aiming at model in mathematical modeling and solving and model of evaluation and promotion of the two links, put forward the ＂bystander＂ and ＂the authorities＂ this two characters, and points out that excellent mathematical modeling participants should have ＂from a bystander to the authorities＂ and ＂from the authorities to return to bystanders＂ two-way role transformation ability. Great situation in mathematics teaching, by means of the mathematical modeling formed in the development of the teachers, as well as the teaching thought, teaching experience and achievements, the onward march of mathematical experiment should be faster than mathematical modeling. Our research provides the new paradigm for the math development which will be meaningful.

Theoretical research and practical application of Mathematical economic models

Mathematical economic modeling is widely used to provide a reference for policy makers and guidance for the specific work of many departments, such as saving expenditures, reducing costs and improving profit. Particularly, it can predict and estimate the future, playing a great role in promoting the rapid development of science and technology as well as the management of market economy. In general, mathematics does not directly deal with the objective conditions on the management of market economy. In order to use mathematics to solve problems in the field of the management of market economic, it is necessary to carry out mathematical economic modeling.

Research of mathematic culture and quality of mathematics education

Mathematics is not only a scientific language, a system of knowledge, but also a way of thinking, a kind of art has aesthetic features. Analysis of the development and application of incomplete contract theory based on the basic theory of economics

Incomplete contract theory （GHM-model）, namely, GHM model, Grossman-Hart-Moore model, GHM model or called ownership - control model by Grossman and Hart （Grossman ＆ Hart, 1986）, it is established by Hart and Moore （Hart ＆ Moore, 1990） and other cofounder, so this theory is also known as GHM theory or GHM model. Domestic scholars generally call their theory incomplete contract theory or incomplete contract theory, because the theory is ba^ed on the following analytical framework： They use the incompleteness of contracts for research as starting point to property or （ residual ） optimal control with Ge for research purposes. It is the most important analytical tool for analyze business theory and corporate governance structures with Ge control incentives to obtain the information. GHM model directly inherit the transaction cost theory by Coase, and Williamson, and it is a critical development. Among them, the 1986 model is mainly to solve the integration problem of assets, in 1990, the model evolved into a general model of asset ownership.

Target prediction of Chrysanthemum morifolium against hepatocellular carcinoma

A novel computational system was used to decipher the targets and mechanisms of Chrysanthemum morifolium against hepatocellular carcinoma.The putative target profile of Chrysanthemum morifolium against hepatocellular carcinoma was identified from Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology and DrugBank.Next,identification of the protein-protein interaction network of Chrysanthemum morifolium against hepatocellular carcinoma targets,and the identification of differentially expressed genes in hepatocellular carcinoma,relied on data from the NCBI database.Finally,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes and Gene Ontology were used to analyze the common targets.Forty-eight active compounds in Chrysanthemum morifolium were identified by Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology and DrugBank,and 71 differentially expressed genes were identified in the GEO database.Further,10 core target proteins were selected,including CYP1A1,ADRB2,ADRA1B,PGR,MAOB,SLC6A4,GABRA1,MAOA,NOS3 and PTGS2.These target genes were also found to be associated with pathways involved in adrenergic receptor activity and catecholamine binding.

Meta-analysis of the willingness rate of community home-based care in China

Objective:To systematically evaluate the willingness rate of the community to provide for the aged at home and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:By searching the CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,we collected literature on the willingness of the elderly in the community to provide for the aged from 2011 to 2021,extracted the data,and evaluated the quality of the included literature.Then,CMA 2.0 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 13 articles were included in this study,and 16,402 people over 60 years old were surveyed,1782 people were willing to provide for the aged at home in the community,with a total willingness rate of 11%(95%CI:9%to 26%).The results of subgroup analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the community home care willingness rate of elderly people with different gender,education levels,marital status,monthly income,living alone,the number of children,and residence(P<0.05).There was not any statistically significant difference in the willingness rate of the elderly with different ages,chronic diseases,self-care ability,and loneliness(P>0.05).Conclusion:The overall willingness rate of the elderly in the community of the elderly is relatively low in China.Gender,education level,marital status,monthly income,living alone,number of children,and residence are factors affecting the prediction of community elderly will.

Target prediction and activity verification for the antidepressant action of Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae Baicalensis)

OBJECTIVE:To decipher the antidepressant targets and mechanisms of Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae Baicalensis)(RSB)by a novel computational system based on prediction and experimental verification.METHODS:The putative targets of RSB against depression were identified from Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP)and Drug Bank.Next,protein-protein interaction network of the anti-depression targets of RSB were identified,and differentially expressed genes(DEGs)of depression were mined from the NCBI database.Then,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes and Gene Ontology were used to analysis the common targets.Finally,the selected pathways and functions were verified by experimentation.RESULTS:Thirty active compounds in RSB were predicted with high confidence by TCMSP and DrugBank,and seventy-one DEGs were identified in the GEO database.Besides,eight core target proteins were screened out by descending order of degree value,including ACHE,IL6,SLC6A4,FOS,SLC6A3,MAOB,DPP4,and JUN.These target genes were further found to be associated with pathways involved in neuronal apoptosis,such as pathways in cancer,Toll-like receptor signaling pathway,and TNF signaling.The cell proliferation assay and wound-healing assay results showed that RSB does not affect PC12 cell proliferation and chemotaxis.Unexpectedly,RSB protected PC12 cells from oxidative stress induced by H2O2 via inhibiting autophagy and apoptosis.We revealed significant changes in mice treated with 400 mg/kg RSB compared with the lipopolysaccharide mice.The possible mechanism for the antidepressive action of RSB is by reducing the expression of LC3-B in CA1 neurons.CONCLUSIONS:Our research partially expounds the mechanism of the antidepressant effect of RSB by the combination of network pharmacology prediction and experimental verification.Furthermore,it is also conducive to the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine within modern medicine.
