In the new era,there is an urgent need to further promote pairing assistance to Tibet,promote the simultaneous construction of a strong agriculture in Tibet and the China's Mainland,and compose a Chinese-style modernization.Southern Tibet,located in the southeastern part of the Tibet Autonomous Region,includes Shannan City and Nyingchi City,is a region assisted by four provincial partners including Hubei Province.This paper introduces the agricultural environment in southern Tibet,studies its agricultural characteristics,and analyzes the main issues of its pairing assistance.Taking forging the strong consciousness of the Chinese national community as the main line,the paper explores strategies for promoting agricultural high-quality development in southern Tibet through pairing assistance to Tibet from the perspective of agricultural power,and proposes some strategies,such as inheriting agricultural cultural heritage,promoting the upgrading of modern seed industry,enhancing the characteristic advantages of highland barley(naked barley)and animal husbandry industries,and developing edible fungi and cold water fish industries. 展开更多

Essential Oil Composition of Artemisia scoparia Waldst. &Kitag from Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau of China

The oils extracted by hydro distillation from the aerial parts of Artemisia scoparia waldst. & kitag growing wild in two regions on Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau were analyzed by GC-MS. Eighty-three components were identified representing 97.5% of the total components detected. The major constituents of the oil from the samples obtained in the eastern of Riyue Mountain (2700 - 3200 m) were 2-ethenyl-naphthalene (45.1%), beta-pinene (11.2%), 3-carene (8.7%), 3,7-dimethyl-1,3,6- octatriene (7.9%), limonene (5.4%), alpha-pinene (3.5%) and beta-myrcene (2.0%). Whereas the oil from the plant collected in Qilian Mountain (3300 - 3500 m) was composed mainly of thujone (21.4%), 1,8-cineole (18.9%), camphor (9.1%), 4-methyl-1-(1-methyl ethyl)-3-cyclo hexen-1-ol (7.8%), 4-methyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-bicyclo[3.1.0]hexan-3-one (5.3%) and 2-isopropyl-5-methyl- 3-cyclohexen-1-one(5.0%). 展开更多

Based on the previous studies,taking Jia You Er Nv and Growing Pains as the research objects,this study explores the similarities and differences between Chinese and American family education from the perspectives of cross-cultural.After comparing,it is found that,affected by different cultures,expectations,contents,methods of family education and parent-child relationships in China and the United States are distinctly different.Only some aspects are similar.The reason for the differences is that the culture is mainly influenced by individualism and collectivism,Confucianism and Christianity culture,and different value orientation.Finally,on the basis of China’s national conditions and cultural environment,some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of family education in China.American family education has some positive reference significance for Chinese family education in renewing the concept of family education,touching attention to the overall development of children and developing children’s ability to think independently. 展开更多

A decline in atmospheric oxygen concentration is projected in the 21st century given the background of global warming.The Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau is located at a high altitude,and thus,it faces a hypoxia challenge;however,knowledge of the factors contributing to its atmospheric oxygen concentration is still lacking.Here,we conducted joint observations of ecosystem oxygen production and carbon sinks and near-surface atmospheric oxygen concentrations on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and meteorological elements at Beijing Fangshan Station.Using seasonal differences and statistical methods,we calculated the relative contribution rates of vegetation to changes in atmospheric oxygen concentration.Our results indicate that solar radiation,atmospheric humidity,and ecosystem oxygen consumption and production have a significant impact on the atmospheric oxygen concentration,and the impact shows temporal and spatial differences.Vegetation significantly impacts the oxygen concentration,with a contribution rate of 16.7%–24.5%,which is underestimated in existing research.Our findings provide important insights into the factors that influence atmospheric oxygen concentration and highlight the contribution of vegetation.To better understand the oxygen dynamics of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,we recommend further field observations of soil respiration and vegetation photosynthesis to clarify the contributions of carbon storage,carbon sinks and other factors to the near-surface atmospheric oxygen concentration. 展开更多

Numerous privacy-preserving issues have emerged along with the fast development of Internet, both in theory and in real-life applications. To settle the privacy-preserving problems, secure multi-party computation is essential and critical. In this paper, we have solved two problems regarding to how to determine the position relation between points and curves without revealing any private information. Two protocols have been proposed in order to solve the problems in different conditions. In addition, some building blocks have been developed, such as scalar product protocol, so that we can take advantage of them to settle the privacy-preserving computational geometry problems which are a kind of special secure multi-party computation problems. Moreover, oblivious transfer and power series expansion serve as significant parts in our protocols. Analyses and proofs have also been given to argue our conclusion. 展开更多

Research on the feature of speech and image signals are carried out from two perspectives,the time domain and the frequency domain.The speech and image signals are a non-stationary signal,so FT is not used for the non-stationary characteristics of the signal.When short-term stable speech is obtained by windowing and framing the subsequent processing of the signal is completed by the Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT).The Fast Discrete Fourier Transform is a commonly used analysis method for speech and image signal processing in frequency domain.It has the problem of adjusting window size to a for desired resolution.But the Fractional Fourier Transform can have both time domain and frequency domain processing capabilities.This paper performs global processing speech encryption by combining speech with image of Fractional Fourier Transform.The speech signal is embedded watermark image that is processed by fractional transformation,and the embedded watermark has the effect of rotation and superposition,which improves the security of the speech.The paper results show that the proposed speech encryption method has a higher security level by Fractional Fourier Transform.The technology is easy to extend to practical applications. 展开更多
