Forestry policies evolve from emergency and provisional to systematic and overall functions,making them become more scientific,pertinent and prospective. Besides,formulation of forestry policies is gradually influenced by international factors. When formulating forestry policies,it is required to follow forestry development laws,keep pace with time,and make constant improvement in practice,to suit demands of times and social development,and prudently handle the relationship between economic benefits and ecological benefits of forestry.展开更多
