Functional linguistic research focuses on the dimension of"implementation,"with research on"instance"and"individuation"being relatively scarce.However,Appraisal Theory provides a comprehe...Functional linguistic research focuses on the dimension of"implementation,"with research on"instance"and"individuation"being relatively scarce.However,Appraisal Theory provides a comprehensive method for realizing"instance"and"individuation".Appraisal Theory,as a type of empirical research method with strong capabilities in both operation and application,is heavily involved in a variety of fields such as literature,art,philosophy,news,and law.Overall,research in the arts is deficient.This study employs Appraisal Theory as a framework for analyzing the discourse of art criticism from the perspective of the attitude system,analyzing 83 art critiques chosen for their semantic meaning of emotion and valuation endowed by the writers in critical language.It performs identification,analysis,and classification on corpus resources in order to investigate the application of Appraisal theory in art criticism and summarize representation and feature of these attitudinal resources used.The author concludes that the attitudinal resources all involve affect,judgment,and appreciation,but are distributed unevenly.The feature demonstrates that more appreciation than affect and judgement is involved,more positive meaning than negative meaning is conveyed,and an explicit rather than implicit method is used.According to this study,the attitudinal resources effectively contribute to the establishment of relationships among the writer,artworks,and the potential reader,and they function well in appraisal by establishing a"resonance"relationship between the artwork and the potential reader within person.展开更多
Objective:This study evaluates the reliability of smartphone compass software in measuring the cervical range of motion in healthy people.Methods:We selected 40 healthy intern college students from Tianjin Hospital fr...Objective:This study evaluates the reliability of smartphone compass software in measuring the cervical range of motion in healthy people.Methods:We selected 40 healthy intern college students from Tianjin Hospital from June to August 2022 to participate in this study.Two physiotherapists used a smartphone(iPhone 11256 Gb(model A2223))compass software to measure six directions of motion of the cervical spine in 40 subjects in a total of 3 rounds each.The intraclass correlation coefficient was used to compare the reliability intra-group,and the Pearson correlation coefficient was also used to compare the correlation between groups,with P<0.05 being statistically significant.Results:The intraclass correlation coefficient showed good reliability(>0.5)in cervical range of motion(CROM),especially in cervical flexion and right rotation(>0.9).In the correlation comparison between the two groups,the Spearman comparison was used,and the six directions of the cervical spine were significantly correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:The built-in compass software in smartphones has good reliability in measuring CROM in healthy people.展开更多
AIM:To compare the clinical outcomes between jejunal interposition reconstruction and Roux-en-Y anastomosis after total gastrostomy in patients with gastric cancer.METHODS:A systematic literature search was conducted ...AIM:To compare the clinical outcomes between jejunal interposition reconstruction and Roux-en-Y anastomosis after total gastrostomy in patients with gastric cancer.METHODS:A systematic literature search was conducted by two independent researchers on Pub Med,EMBASE,the Cochrane Library,Google Scholar,and other English literature databases,as well as the Chinese Academic Journal,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,and other Chinese literature databases using "Gastrostomy","Roux-en-Y",and "Interposition" as keywords.Data extraction and verification were performed on the literature included in this study.Rev Man 5.2 software was used for data processing.A fixed-effects model was applied in the absence of heterogeneity between studies.A random effects model was applied in the presence of heterogeneity between studies.RESULTS:Ten studies with a total of 762 gastric cancer patients who underwent total gastrostomy were included in this study.Among them,357 received jejunal interposition reconstruction after total gastrostomy,and 405 received Roux-en-Y anastomosis.Compared with Roux-en-Y anastomosis,jejunal interposition reconstruction significantly decreased the incidence of dumping syndrome(OR = 0.18,95%CI:0.10-0.31;P < 0.001),increased the prognostic nutritional index [weighted mean difference(WMD) = 6.02,95%CI:1.82-10.22;P < 0.001],and improved the degree of postoperative weight loss [WMD = 2.47,95%CI:-3.19-(-1.75);P < 0.001].However,there is no statistically significant difference in operative time,hospital stay,or incidence of reflux esophagitis.CONCLUSION:Compared with Roux-en-Y anastomosis,patients who underwent jejunal interposition reconstruction after total gastrostomy had a lower risk of postoperative long-term complications and improvedlife quality.展开更多
Edge computing is a highly virtualized paradigm that can services the Internet of Things(Io T)devices more efficiently.It is a non-trivial extension of cloud computing,which can not only meet the big data processing r...Edge computing is a highly virtualized paradigm that can services the Internet of Things(Io T)devices more efficiently.It is a non-trivial extension of cloud computing,which can not only meet the big data processing requirements of cloud computing,but also collect and analyze distributed data.However,it inherits many security and privacy challenges of cloud computing,such as:authentication and access control.To address these problem,we proposed a new efficient privacy-preserving aggregation scheme for edge computing.Our scheme consists of two steps.First,we divided the data of the end users with the Simulated Annealing Module Partition(SAMP)algorithm.And then,the end sensors and edge nodes performed respectively differential aggregation mechanism with the Differential Aggregation Encryption(DAE)algorithm which can make noise interference and encryption algorithm with trusted authority(TA).Experiment results show that the DAE can preserve user privacy,and has significantly less computation and communication overhead than existing approaches.展开更多

[Results] The total sugar content and reducing sugar contents of product: vacuum freeze drying > spray drying > microwave vacuum drying > drum drying > hot air drying; carotene and total flavonoid contents: vacuum freeze drying > microwave vacuum drying > spray drying > drum drying > hot air drying; after drying process,the dietary fiber content of product obtained by drum drying and spray drying was relatively higher,while the Vc content of Chinese wolfberry powder prepared by vacuum freeze drying was the highest. a~*value( redness to greenness) of color: vacuum freeze drying > microwave vacuum drying > spray drying > drum drying > hot air drying; the Chinese wolfberry powder prepared by vacuum freeze drying had the best solubility,hygroscopicity and rehydration ratio. In this paper, we analyze the feature of ultrasonic image and investigate the effect of topography material, flow velocity and sediment concentration on the imaging of underwater topography by imaging experiments of m...In this paper, we analyze the feature of ultrasonic image and investigate the effect of topography material, flow velocity and sediment concentration on the imaging of underwater topography by imaging experiments of model sands. These imaging experiments are conducted in river engineering physical model.The results show that the vertical distribution of pixel values is changed hugely at the position of imaging bright band of underwater topography. The imaging of underwater topography is not affected when flow velocity is below 40 cm/s and sediment concentration is below 5.0 ‰. The main influence factors of imaging signals are flow velocity and sediment concentration near the topographical bed. The resolution of ultrasound imaging signals is high, and the topography consisted of model sands with particle size smaller than 0.1 mm can be monitored well in the river model experiment.展开更多
