How to implement a knowledge graph completeness assessment with the guidance of user requirements

In the context of big data, many large-scale knowledge graphs have emerged to effectively organize the explosive growth of web data on the Internet. To select suitable knowledge graphs for use from many knowledge graphs, quality assessment is particularly important. As an important thing of quality assessment, completeness assessment generally refers to the ratio of the current data volume to the total data volume.When evaluating the completeness of a knowledge graph, it is often necessary to refine the completeness dimension by setting different completeness metrics to produce more complete and understandable evaluation results for the knowledge graph.However, lack of awareness of requirements is the most problematic quality issue. In the actual evaluation process, the existing completeness metrics need to consider the actual application. Therefore, to accurately recommend suitable knowledge graphs to many users, it is particularly important to develop relevant measurement metrics and formulate measurement schemes for completeness. In this paper, we will first clarify the concept of completeness, establish each metric of completeness, and finally design a measurement proposal for the completeness of knowledge graphs. 展开更多

Aiming at the shortcoming that the traditional industrial manipulator using off-line programming cannot change along with the change of external environment,the key technologies such as machine vision and manipulator control are studied,and a complete manipulator vision tracking system is designed.Firstly,Denavit-Hartenberg(D-H)parameters method is used to construct the model of the manipulator and analyze the forward and inverse kinematics equations of the manipulator.At the same time,a binocular camera is used to obtain the threedimensional position of the target.Secondly,in order to make the manipulator track the target more accurately,the fuzzy adaptive square root unscented Kalman filter(FSRUKF)is proposed to estimate the target state.Finally,the manipulator tracking system is built by using the position-based visual servo.The simulation experiments show that FSRUKF converges faster and with less error than the square root unscented Kalman filter(SRUKF),which meets the application requirements of the manipulator tracking system,and basically meets the application requirements of the manipulator tracking system in the practical experiments. 展开更多

Rare labeled data are difficult to recognize by using conventional methods in the process of radar emitter recogni-tion.To solve this problem,an optimized cooperative semi-supervised learning radar emitter recognition method based on a small amount of labeled data is developed.First,a small amount of labeled data are randomly sampled by using the bootstrap method,loss functions for three common deep learning net-works are improved,the uniform distribution and cross-entropy function are combined to reduce the overconfidence of softmax classification.Subsequently,the dataset obtained after sam-pling is adopted to train three improved networks so as to build the initial model.In addition,the unlabeled data are preliminarily screened through dynamic time warping(DTW)and then input into the initial model trained previously for judgment.If the judg-ment results of two or more networks are consistent,the unla-beled data are labeled and put into the labeled data set.Lastly,the three network models are input into the labeled dataset for training,and the final model is built.As revealed by the simula-tion results,the semi-supervised learning method adopted in this paper is capable of exploiting a small amount of labeled data and basically achieving the accuracy of labeled data recognition. 展开更多

When the attributes of unknown targets are not just numerical attributes,but hybrid attributes containing linguistic attributes,the existing recognition methods are not effective.In addition,it is more difficult to identify the unknown targets densely distributed in the feature space,especially when there is interval overlap between attribute measurements of different target classes.To address these problems,a novel method based on intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model(IFCEM)is proposed.For numerical attributes,targets in the database are divided into individual classes and overlapping classes,and for linguistic attributes,continuous interval-valued linguistic term set(CIVLTS)is used to describe target characteristic.A cloud modelbased method and an area-based method are proposed to obtain intuitionistic fuzzy decision information of query target on numerical attributes and linguistic attributes respectively.An improved inverse weighted kernel fuzzy c-means(IWK-FCM)algorithm is proposed for solution of attribute weight vector.The possibility matrix is applied to determine the identity and category of query target.Finally,a case study composed of parameter sensitivity analysis,recognition accuracy analysis.and comparison with other methods,is taken to verify the superiority of the proposed method. 展开更多

A multi-UAV deployment method for border patrolling based on Stackelberg game

To strengthen border patrol measures, unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) are gradually used in many countries to detect illegal entries on borders. However, how to efficiently deploy limited UAVs to patrol on borders of large areas remains challenging. In this paper, we first model the problem of deploying UAVs for border patrol as a Stackelberg game. Two players are considered in this game: The border patrol agency is the leader,who optimizes the patrol path of UAVs to detect the illegal immigrant. The illegal immigrant is the follower, who selects a certain area of the border to pass through at a certain time after observing the leader’s strategy. Second, a compact linear programming problem is proposed to tackle the exponential growth of the number of leader’s strategies. Third, a method is proposed to reduce the size of the strategy space of the follower. Then, we provide some theoretic results to present the effect of parameters of the model on leader’s utilities. Experimental results demonstrate the positive effect of limited starting and ending areas of UAV’s patrolling conditions and multiple patrolling altitudes on the leader ’s utility, and show that the proposed solution outperforms two conventional patrol strategies and has strong robustness. 展开更多

A novel synthetic aperture radar(SAR)image de-noising method based on the local pixel grouping(LPG)principal component analysis(PCA)and guided filter is proposed.This method contains two steps.In the first step,we process the noisy image by coarse filters,which can suppress the speckle effectively.The original SAR image is transformed into the additive noise model by logarithmic transform with deviation correction.Then,we use the pixel and its nearest neighbors as a vector to select training samples from the local window by LPG based on the block similar matching.The LPG method ensures that only the similar sample patches are used in the local statistical calculation of PCA transform estimation,so that the local features of the image can be well preserved after coefficients shrinkage in the PCA domain.In the second step,we do the guided filtering which can effectively eliminate small artifacts left over from the coarse filtering.Experimental results of simulated and real SAR images show that the proposed method outstrips the state-of-the-art image de-noising methods in the peak signalto-noise ratio(PSNR),the structural similarity(SSIM)index and the equivalent number of looks(ENLs),and is of perceived image quality. 展开更多

The detection and recognition of radar signals play a critical role in the maintenance of future electronic warfare(EW).So far,however,there are still problems with signal detection and recognition,especially in the low probability of intercept(LPI)radar.This paper explores the usefulness of such an algorithm in the scenario of LPI radar signal detection and recognition based on visibility graphs(VG).More network and feature information can be extracted in the VG two-dimensional space,this algorithm can solve the problem of signal recognition using the autocorrelation function.Wavelet denoising processing is introduced into the signal to be tested,and the denoised signal is converted to the VG domain.Then,the signal detection is performed by using the constant false alarm of the VG average degree.Next,weight the converted graph.Finally,perform feature extraction on the weighted image,and use the feature to complete the recognition.It is testified that the proposed algorithm offers significant improvements,such as robustness to noise,and the detection and recognition accuracy,over the recent researches. 展开更多

The complex systems are often in the structure of multi-operating modes, and the components implementing system functions are different under different operation modes, which results in the problems that components often fail in different operating modes, faults can be only detected in specified operating modes, tests can be available in specified operating modes,and the cost and efficiency of detecting and isolating faults are different under different operating modes and isolation levels. Aiming at these problems, an optimal test selection method for fault detection and isolation in the multi-operating mode system is proposed by using the fault pair coding and rollout algorithm. Firstly,the faults in fault-test correlation matrices under different operating modes are combined to fault-pairs, which is used to construct the fault pair-test correlation matrices under different operating modes.Secondly, the final fault pair-test correlation matrix of the multioperating mode system is obtained by operating the fault pair-test correlation matrices under different operating modes. Based on the final fault pair-test correlation matrix, the necessary tests are selected by the rollout algorithm orderly. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by examples of the optimal test selection in the multi-operating mode system with faults isolated to different levels. The result shows that the proposed method can effectively mine the fault detection and isolation ability of tests and it is suitable for the optimal test selection of the multi-operating mode system with faults isolated to the replacement unit and specific fault. 展开更多

A gradient-based optimization method for producing a contoured beam by using a single-fed reflector antenna is presented. First, a quick and accurate pattern approximation formula based on physical optics(PO) is adopted to calculate the gradients of the directivity with respect to reflector's nodal displacements. Because the approximation formula is a linear function of nodal displacements, the gradient can be easily derived. Then, the method of the steepest descent is adopted, and an optimization iteration procedure is proposed. The iteration procedure includes two loops: an inner loop and an outer loop. In the inner loop, the gradient and pattern are calculated by matrix operation, which is very fast by using the pre-calculated data in the outer loop. In the outer loop, the ideal terms used in the inner loop to calculate the gradient and pattern are updated, and the real pattern is calculated by the PO method. Due to the high approximation accuracy, when the outer loop is performed once, the inner loop can be performed many times, which will save much time because the integration is replaced by matrix operation. In the end, a contoured beam covering the continental United States(CONUS) is designed, and simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

With the development of micro-satellite technology,traditional monolithic satellites can be replaced by micro-satellite clusters to achieve high flexibility and dynamic reconfiguration capability.For satellite clusters based on the frequency division-code division multiple access(FD-CDMA)communication system,the inter-satellite ranging precision is usually constrained due to the influence ofmulti-address interference(MAI).Themulti-user detection(MUD)is a solution to MAI,which can be divided into two categories:the linear detector(LD)and the non-linear detector(NLD).The general idea of the LD is aiming to make a better decision during the symbol decision process by using the information of all channels.However,it is not beneficial for the signal phase tracking precision.Instead,the principle of the NLD is to rebuild the interference signal and cancel it from the original one,which can improve the ranging performance at the expense of considerable delays.In order to enable simultaneous ranging and communication and reduce multi-node ranging performance degradation,this paper proposes an NLD scheme based on a delay locked loop(DLL),which simplifies the receiver structure and introduces no delay in the decision process.This scheme utilizes the information obtained from the interference channel to reconstruct the interference signal and then cancels it from the original delayed signal.Therefore,the DLL input signal-to-interference ratio(SIR)of the desired channel can be significantly improved.The experimental results show that with the proposed scheme,the standard deviation of the tracking steady error is decreased from 5.59 cm to 3.97 cm for SIR=5 dB,and 13.53 cm to 5.77 cm for SIR=-5 dB,respectively. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the jamming problem of bistatic synthetic aperture radar (BiSAR), and a jamming method against BiSAR based on modulation theory is proposed. The proposed jamming method modulates the BiSAR signal with the cosinusoidal phase to generate multi-false targets in range, and further rotates the jammer to generate multi-false targets in azimuth. The range multi-false targets and azimuth multi-false targets form the two-dimensional cover jamming or deception jamming, which can protect the important targets efficiently. The number of false targets, the interval of false targets, and the jamming square can be adjusted flexibly by setting different range jamming parameters and azimuth jamming parameters. The jamming performance and the choosing criteria of jamming parameters are also discussed. Finally, the simulated data verify the effectiveness of the jamming method. 展开更多

The delay tolerant network(DTN) is an emerging concept, which is used to describe the network, where the communication link may disrupt frequently. To cope with this problem, the DTN uses the store-carry-forward(SCF) transmission mode. With this policy, the messages in the DTN are transmitted based on the nodes' cooperation. However, the nodes may be selfish, so the source has to pay certain rewards for others to get their help. This paper studies the optimal incentive policy to maximize the source's final utility. First, it models the message spreading process as several ordinary differential equations(ODEs) based on the meanfield approximation. Then, it mathematically gets the optimal policy and explores the structure of the policy. Finally, it checks the accuracy of the ODEs model and shows the advantages of the optimal policy through simulation and theoretical results respectively. 展开更多

First, an approach is applied to transform the dynamic HFLTSs(DHFLTSs) into a set of proportional linguistic terms to eliminate the time dimension. Second, expert reliability is measured by considering both group similarity and degree of certainty, and an optimization method is employed to quantify the linguistic terms by maximizing the group similarity. Third, through computing the attribute stability as well as its reliability, a combination rule which considers both reliability and weight is proposed to aggregate the information, and then the aggregated grade values and degree of stability are used to make a selection. Finally,the application and feasibility of the proposed method are verified through a case study and method comparison. 展开更多

For coping with the multiple target tracking in the presence of complex time-varying environments and unknown target information, a time resource management scheme based on chance-constraint programming(CCP) employing fuzzy logic priority is proposed for opportunistic array radar(OAR). In this scheme,the total beam illuminating time is minimized by effective time resource allocation so that the desired tracking performance is achieved. Meanwhile, owing to the randomness of radar cross section(RCS), the CCP is used to balance tracking accuracy and time resource conditioned on the specified confidence level. The adaptive fuzzy logic prioritization, imitating the human decision-making process for ranking radar targets, can realize the full potential of radar. The Bayesian Crame ′r-Rao lower bound(BCRLB) provides us with a low bound of localization estimation root-mean-square error(RMSE), and equally important, it can be calculated predictively. Consequently, it is employed as an optimization criterion for the time resource allocation scheme. The stochastic simulation is integrated into the genetic algorithm(GA) to compose a hybrid intelligent optimization algorithm to solve the CCP optimization problem. The simulation results show that the time resource is saved strikingly and the radar performance is also improved. 展开更多

In this algorithm, a new estimator, named as multi-parameter fusion Singer (MF-Singer) model is derived based on the Singer model and the fuzzy reasoning method by using radial acceleration and velocity of the target, and applied to the problem of maneuvering target tracking in strong maneuvering environment and operating environment. The tracking performance of the MF-Singer model is evaluated and compared with other manuevering tracking models. In the field of weapon system of systems (WSOS) simulation, various indicators are widely used to describe the capability of WSOS, but it is always difficult to describe the comprehensive capability of WSOS quickly and intuitively by visualization of multi-dimensional indicators. A method of machine learning and visualization is proposed, which can display and analyze the capabilities of different WSOS in a two-dimensional plane. The analysis and comparison of the comprehensive capability of different components of WSOS is realized by the method, which consists of six parts: multiple simulations, key indicators mining, three spatial distance calculation, fusion project calculation, calculation of individual capability density, and calculation of multiple capability ranges overlay. Binding a simulation experiment, the collaborative analysis of six indicators and 100 possible kinds of red WSOS are achieved. The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the quality and speed of capabilities analysis, reveal a large number of potential information, and provide a visual support for the qualitative and quantitative analysis model. 展开更多

This paper presents a method to estimate beam pointing of phased array radar by the pulse amplitude train, which is significant in radar electronic reconnaissance and electronic support measure. Firstly, the antenna patterns modeling of the phased array system is exploited to build the radar sweeping model and the signal propagation model. Secondly, the relationship between the variation of the radiated power and the antenna beam pointing angles in the given airspace is analyzed. Based on the above two points, the sample with obvious amplitude characteristics of the pulse amplitude train can be screened out after detecting the train peaks. Finally, the sample is matched to the subsequent pulse amplitude train based on the Hausdorff distance. The proposed methods have less prior knowledge and higher efficiency and are easier to process. By cross correlating the sample of the pulse amplitude train with the sample data of the antenna follow-up radiation, the probability of detection of the beam pointing direction becomes larger in case that the subsequent antenna beam returns to the specific position. 展开更多

This paper investigates the fault detection problem for discrete event systems (DESs) which can be modeled by partially observed Petri nets (POPNs). To overcome the problem of low diagnosability in the POPN online fault diagnoser in current use, an improved online fault diagnosis algorithm that integrates generalized mutual exclusion constraints (GMECs) and integer linear programming (ILP) is proposed. Assume that the POPN structure and its initial markings are known, and the faults are modeled as unobservable transitions. First, the event sequence is observed and recorded. GMEC is used for elementary diagnosis of the system behavior, then the ILP problem of POPN is solved for further diagnosis. Finally, an example of a real DES to test the new fault diagnoser is analyzed. The proposed algorithm increases the diagnosability of the DES remarkably, and the effectiveness of the new algorithm integrating GMEC and ILP is verified. 展开更多
