运动动机、锻炼坚持性与心理健康之间的关系

本研究旨在考察大学生锻炼坚持性，运动动机与心理健康之间的关系。217名本科学生参加了本研究。采用自编的体育运动情况调查问卷考察被试的锻炼坚持性、运动动机因素、主观运动障碍等，采用大学生心理健康量表考察被试心理的健康水平。结果显示坚持锻炼的个体在心理健康量表中的幸福体验、人际和谐、积极乐学、情绪调控等维度上的得分显著好于不坚持锻炼的个体、运动动机因素（外部动机，内部动机）和锻炼坚持性在幸福体验、人际和谐维度上存在交互作用、表明运动动机因素对大学生心理健康产生显著的影响：有强烈的外部动机，同时坚持高强度体育锻炼的个体心理健康水平最差，而内部动机强同时坚持锻炼的个体其心理健康水平最好。

疲劳状态下驾驶人生理心理特征分析

根据实验测试数据,分析疲劳状态下三种典型脑电波变异系数的变化规律及心率变异性指标的线性与非线性变化规律,确定以RR 间期的变异系数为基础分析原始疲劳量、驾驶疲劳累积量、疲劳累积量三者之间的定量关系,建立驾驶疲劳累积量随时间而变化的S 型曲线模型,定义驾驶生理疲劳度.本文研究结论可在疲劳驾驶监测中开展应用.

Research on the Countermeasure of Improving the Ideological Work Ability of College Counselors

As an important part of Ideological Construction in Colleges and universities, the ideological work ability of college counselors is closely related to the smooth development of ideological work in Colleges and universities. The ideological work ability of college counselors is related to the ideological security of colleges and universities, and to the realization of the goal of talent cultivation in Socialist Colleges and universities. College counselors, as the fresh force of ideological education for college students, are the organizers, implementers and guides of the daily ideological and political education and management of College students. In order to do a good job in the ideological work of colleges and universities under the new situation, as the counselor of the backbone of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, the ability to carry out ideological work is directly related to the effectiveness of this work. This paper points out the factors that restrict the ability of counselors to improve their ideology, and conducts an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems. According to the actual situation of counselors themselves, universities and society, they put forward concrete and feasible measures.

拖延行为、网络囤积行为及网络自我扩展与心理困扰的关系——有调节的中介效应分析

本研究探讨一般拖延行为与抑郁、焦虑、压力等心理困扰之间的关系,并考察网络囤积行为在其关系中的中介作用和网络自我扩展的调节作用。使用一般拖延量表、网络囤积行为问卷、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表及网络自我扩展问卷对789名大学生进行施测。结果显示一般拖延行为与网络囤积行为、心理困扰呈显著正相关,与网络自我扩展呈显著负相关,而网络囤积行为与网络自我扩展和心理困扰均呈显著正相关;一般拖延行为不仅能够显著直接预测心理困扰,而且能够通过网络囤积行为的中介作用对心理困扰产生间接预测作用;一般拖延行为对心理困扰的作用受到网络自我扩展的调节,低水平网络自我扩展群体更容易因为拖延行为而产生心理困扰,且网络囤积行为的中介作用能够被网络自我扩展调节,即网络囤积行为的中介作用在低水平网络自我扩展群体中更加显著。综上所述,网络囤积行为是互联网时代一般拖延行为导致心理困扰的中介因素,而网络自我扩展是一般拖延行为、网络囤积行为诱发心理困扰的调节因素。

Psychology or Culture:An Interpretation of Simon’s Identity Crisis in J.M. Coetzee’s The Childhood of Jesus

“Citizenship”as a concept was put forward by scholars,once city-states emerged in ancient Greece.Following Aristotle and Plato,many other scholars and thinkers made their contributions to this concept by expounding,analyzing and further developing it.However,it did not turn into a systematical discourse until Marshall.Marshall’s perception therefore,served as a starting point and a model for a number of scholars thereafter.According to Marshal,citizenship can be understood in three dimensions,covering political right,social right and civic right.Without any doubt,Marshall’s notion of citizenship focuses on rights,leaving a citizen’s obligation untouched,for which Marshall was criticized and attacked by scholars.However due to limitation of space,this issue is not to be further discussed.Besides,as a result of emigrants from one country to another,citizenship as a concept more concerned with national boundary gets more complex and vaguer.Under this backdrop,a number of scholars and researchers proposed the fourth dimension,it is suggested that besides the 3 above mentioned rights,a fourth right should be added,which is culture right.Based on the notion and theories of culture rights and theories regarding the difficulty and dilemma confronted by emigrants,whether they immigrate out of their own wish or being forced to,the author aims to analyze Simon-a character in Coetzee’s(himself an emigrant from South Africa to Australia)novel The Childhood of Jesus(2013)and his cultural identity dilemma.Following from this analysis,the conclusion on the unlikeliness or feasibility of culture citizenship then is to be made.

新文科背景下大学英语课程思政的实践研究

新文科建设背景下,课程思政融入大学英语教学是一次教学革命也是提升高等教育德育价值的重要举措。大学英语教师要深度挖掘教学资料中的思政元素并有机地融入到教学的各个环节中。文章基于文秋芳教授的外语课程思政框架以及笔者的教学实践经验,提出了课程思政融入大学英语教学的实施框架:教学准备(挖掘思政元素)-课堂教学(教学目标、活动、方法)-课外任务(第二课堂)-教学评价(评价主体、内容、方式)-教学反思(自我反思、学生反思)。大学英语课程思政强调将知识传授、能力培养与价值引领相统一,把思政教育融入整个教学过程,努力实现“三全育人”的思政大格局。

On Modern English Teaching from the Perspective of Cultivating Students' Critical Ability

Thinking ability is an important part of comprehensive quality and an important focus of modern higher education. In English teaching, we should pay more attention to the cultivation of students' critical thinking ability. Although remarkable progress has been made in College English teaching in the new era, there are a series of fundamental problems in the ways and means of College English teaching. The most important is that the current teaching system lacks the ability to train students to adapt to society. There are still many problems in the process of students learning English, which hinders the effectiveness of teaching. Although some students have good grades in English, they have a lot of English vocabulary. This paper explores the new mode of college English teaching, and cultivates the core from the perspective of speculative ability training. Explore the new model construction approach based on summarizing the value of speculative ability, and explore the corresponding training mode.

大学生网络利他行为量表的应用研究

目的：对大学生网络利他行为量表进行校验和应用，探讨和分析大学生网络道德行为的特点，以及与情感控制自我效能感的相关性。方法：选用大学生网络利他行为以及情绪调节自我效能两量表对985名大学生进行测试，以所在学校类型、性别、所学专业将样本均分为两个数据库，其中488个被试做探索性因素分析，其余491个被试做验证性因子分析，对大学生网络利他行为量表进行校验。问卷校验后采用方差分析探讨大学生网络利他行为特点，网络利他行为与情绪自我控制效能感之间采用了相关性分析。结果：（1）问卷具有良好的结构效度（x2／df=3．08，CFI=0．96，IFI=0．97，RMSEA=0．08），以及内部一致性信度（总量表和4个因子的Cronbaeh“系数在0．78—0．94之间）（2）大学生网络利他行为在性别上差异不显著（F（1，910）=0．186，P=0．83），在学历层次、专业和年级上存在显著差异（F（2，910）=22．40，P=0．00；F（3，910）=9．01，P=0．00；F（3，910）=9．82，P=0．00）。（3）情感控制自我效能感与网络道德行为显著正相关（F0．28，p=0．00）。结论：大学生网络利他行为量表信效度较好，可作为大学生网络道德行为研究的测量工具；大学生情绪控制自我效能感各因素与网络支持、网络指导、网络分享、网络提醒四因子高度正相关。

A Study of the Impact of Personality and Social Psychology on Mental Health

With the continuous development and progress of economy,people's living standard and culture level have been improved,but with it,there are also various kinds of life stress,study stress and work stress,which make people's mental health problems in life more andmore prominent,and how to improve students'mental health level is the main task of each education stage.The current psychology discipline system has been perfected,including personality psychology and social psychology,which are effectively applied in the actual mental health education or psychological guidance work,and are key disciplines to improve people's mental health.The theoretical system of personality and social psychology consists of three theories:the theory of planned behavior,the theory of explanatory levels,and the theory of self-determination,all of which have an irreplaceable influence on mental health.In this regard,this paper combines relevant literature and work experience to study in depth the influence of personality ansocial psychology on mental health.

异性交往质性研究——从对异性同伴交往的理解谈女大学生异性交往困扰经历

以往研究较少独立关注异性交往,而是将其视作人际交往的某一维度,且较少针对性地关注女性大学生群体的异性交往。本研究以女大学生为研究对象,通过半结构式个体访谈了解女大学生与异性朋友交往的经验、经历,分析其常见困惑及应对措施,结果呈现采取描述性方式,以求对于女大学生异性交往相关问题有较完整的了解,对其心路历程进行更加深入的挖掘,体现心理学研究的人文关怀,意图在关于“人际交往”相关问题泛滥的量化研究中脱颖而出,带来令人耳目一新的研究结果。结果表明,女大学生的异性同伴多为生活有交集的同龄人,且对方往往幽默、开朗,日常相处以娱乐活动居多,聊天话题会依据关系亲疏围绕个人生活或社会事件展开,呈现“越亲密,越深入,越个人化”的特征。异性同伴的交往特征体现为:有边界感,不那么交心却很轻松快乐。其中关于异性交往困扰经历部分的访谈结果显示,困扰主要可以概括为由对方、自身,以及外界评价三个方面导致。伴随而来的影响可能会带来负面情绪,但通常不具有持续性,会在某种程度上影响双方关系,以及个人未来交友观念。而在对待困扰的看法及应对措施上,女大学生倾向于从自身找问题,改变自己的态度或行为。

自我概念视角下童年逆境对儿童发展的影响

童年逆境是影响儿童身心发展的重要因素,本文从自我概念的三个方面即自我概念清晰性、自尊和自我同情探讨了童年逆境对儿童发展的内部路径机制,对由童年逆境导致的消极心理后果的预防和干预具有重要意义。未来研究应关注积极心理资源对经历童年逆境的儿童发展的影响、童年逆境的累积效应(逆境暴露时间和持续时间)对儿童心理健康的影响。
